The girls here tonight (Angie and Riley) were SO nice! Very accommodating. I asked for more cheese on our pizza and they had no... problem adding more and putting it back into the oven. They even offered to make me a brand new pizza, which wasn?t needed butthe fact that they offered was over the top. Thank you girls, sorry I was such a pain. Read more
Give us our next pizza complimentary. This is twice out of the last 4 or 5 times that our order has been wrong. We ordered hand... tossed and this looks like thin crust. If it were hand tossed, it is a joke. There appears to be no marinara sauce at all. Asexcellent as our last pizza was, this is the absolute worst we have ever had. It definitely is not worth $16.50. Wow they sent me TWO pizzas both burnt!! This is only the second time I order from them and what a shame the manager could not... take care of me properly. First pizza burnt that I paid for plus tip, the sent a free one and that one is burnt as well. Themanager refused to send me another pizza even though I had both pizzas ready for them to see and take back if they wanted. Idon?t appreciate being sent bad food that I paid for and then being treated poorly. Customer service should be the mostimportant!! Read more
Absolute terrible staff there is only one good employee. when I called in my order he had me repeat my address 12 times... literally and I speak really good English. I now have a migraine I?ve never experienced such A complete And utter lack ofcommunication on the telephone. My headache is telling me I?m never ordering there again. Cody you need a different job. Where do I begin... I ordered a large pie with pepperoni and when I arrived home, I realized that the pizza was made with no... pizza sauce. I called the store and they told me to pick up the new pizza since I picked up the original order. As I arrived tothe store, the manager insisted that she couldn?t help me because I did not have my receipt even though she admitted to justspeaking to me on the phone. I explained that I lived very far and it was the second time I was arriving at the store. When Icame back the third time, she refused to greet me and had one of her employees hand me the new pizza and stated that we did notneed the receipt since we were found in their system. I ordered this pizza at 5:43pm and I am now receiving it at 9:10pm. Therewas no compensation for the time I spent going back and forth, no direct apology from the manager, not even a simpleacknowledgement. This is completely unacceptable at a time when people are not in the best circumstances to spend their time andhard earned money in certain establishments. It is extremely disappointing and I hope others will never have the sameexperience. Warning: open the pizza box, even if it?s sealed, before you leave the store. Read more
Called several times between the hours of 7:30pm and 9pm on a Thursday where pizzahut is supposedly open till 11pm. Didn't even... have the courtesy to pick up the phone. I could hear the receiver being picked up and slammed back down everytime i called, icalled 6 times and on one of the calls someone actually got on and screamed "SORRY WE ARE CLOSED!" and hung up. So I keptcalling cause I was confused how they were closed when theres still 3 hours left? Like im a stickler for calling right before arestaurant closes cause i think its rude but it was 3 HOURS!!!! I called a few more times after that and some calls just cycledthrough ads endlessly till the call was auto-terminated and most of the calls the worker can be heard picking up and PURPOSLYhanging up. I had to call a nearby store that was outside my zone to get SOMEONE to deliver my food. I WILL BE CONTACTINGCORPORATE FOR THIS UNHINGED BEHAVIOR!!!! Read more
