To the girl who I have selfishly never asked her name, who always has a nice quick small talk in the mornings with me and... remembers my coffee order. I want to say I appreciate you more than anything. I blurted out my favorite person in thisworld..I?m losing, just rapidly out of no where, it?s like the world is moving in fast forward. and won?t stop. I couldn?t holdit in, and your kind words, and the act of kindness just instantly broke the part inside me that was not ever letting me cry. The service was a little lacking- mostly due to there being too little staff to handle the volume of customers. I've struggled... with consistency in the food- it's often cold, but the coffee- the coffee is on point! Read more

This Starbucks is always excellent great customer service, very helpful and friendly staff, the food is always excellent not all... discombobulated like other locations, it seem that they care about customers and their food, very warm and delicious breakfastand lunch this location never disappoints, the white chocolate mocha is always delicious not to sweet great balance of flavors,the doble smoke bacon Gouda it?s always warm bacon it?s perfectly put it on the sandwich like it seem that they took their timeto fixed it for you and not just throw it in the warmer! Ordered two vanilla cremé hot drinks. In hot cups but were cold. Not warm but cold. Obviously they had to realized they made it... wrong but still put it in hot cups. How utterly disappointing. Read more
The newer Starbucks have streamlined the space. This location comes with tons of seating available. Still very sad to see... another location with so few comfortable chairs. Plenty of windows and a decent view in this far east Longwood location. Afterabout 3pm, the outdoor seating is nicely shaded. Staff is mad friendly too! Read more
Great location. Plenty of tables as well as comfortable seating. If you need to plug in, most tables have a large power strip... with plenty of available outlets. Parking is easy and the baristas do a great job while being very friendly. This location isless crowded than others and can be quieter than others. Read more
