This Time I Specifically Ordered Salt, Pepper, Red Vinegar, Oil, & Parmesan. I Know I Should Just Be Happy WithWhat I Got - Right? The Bread, Cheese & Meat Were Correct... I'm Trying To Figure It Out. Are Employees Promised Bonuses IfThey Keep Condiment Costs Below A Certain Amount?, Or Maybe It's If You Don't Give Them A Tip Before They Make Your Sandwich?They Always Look At The Screen Before They Give Your Card Back To See If You Did Add One, Then They Go Off And Make YourSandwich. With my most recent experience I don't even want to give a star. (Ordered November 29th 2021. Around 7:15 p.m.) Needed a... last-minute dinner choice usually don't have a problem here. I use their drive-thru because it's easier than going in with aalmost 2-year-old. so I didn't feel like there would be a mess up on the order. Because it's not miscommunication with a personeverything is printed out on a receipt for them. I only ordered two sandwiches one which is a little complicated the other assimple as simple can be. Sandwich One; Spicy Italian: Was supposed to be: untoasted, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce,extra tomatoes, extra onion, cucumber, extra green pepper, banana peppers, extra mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oil, salt,pepper, extra parmesan cheese. What was received: toasted, provolone, salami, lettuce, onion, banana pepper, cucumber, nothingelse. Sandwich Two; Turkey & Provolone: Was supposed to be: toasted, turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, extra mayonnaise, redwine vinegar, oil, grated parmesan. What was received: untoasted, turkey, provolone, lettuce, cucumber, onion, bell pepper,banana pepper, grated parmesan, pepper, nothing else. This Subway is awesome! They have a drive thru! I know right?! This Subway has a drive through. And the best part is you don't... even have to order from a person. If your like me then you get anxiety when ordering because there's people behind you and theone taking your order seems like their rushing you. Nope! Its a kiosk that you choose what you want. And when you go to thewindow they take your payment and your out of there! I go to the Subway every time I'm in the mood for it! Read more
It's 6pm on Saturday and I stopped in to get food to go. The place was a mess!! There was food all over the counter and nothing... was covered.
