My Husband and I went the other night to grab something to eat on our way home that was quick and easy? well we should?ve just... kept driving? we went through the drive-thru and order a taco 12 pack 1/2 hard and 1/2 soft no lettuce just meat cheese and sourcream. The lady taking the order kept asking us to repeat it and seemed like she may have been new or training. My husband alsoorder some grilled chicken burrito and she had no idea what he was talking about and he had to tell her where is was on themenu. We got to the window and two girls were at the register talking and she just gave us the total and took our card thenclosed the window and went back to talking. When she handed us our food my husband asked her for sauce and they both acted likewe were inconveniencing them. (Literally every time we go to any Taco Bell they always conveniently forget to put sour creameven though they charge you extra so I double checked while we were pulling out) The tacos all had lettuce and no sour cream somy husband pulled into a parking spot and tried to walk inside but the doors were locked even though according to the hours inthe door they should have still been open. He knocked on the door and no one even acknowledged him (mind you they possiblydidn?t hear). He waited for the next car in the drive through to leave and walked near the drive-thru window and waved to gettheir attention. He explained that the order was wrong and if they could remake it or refund us and we would reorder. The twogirls argued with him saying it wasn?t their fault because the girl that took the order ?didn?t hear us.? Mind you she neverrepeated the order back to us and it doesn?t show up outside in the drive-thru. My husband went back and forth with them, andeven explained how we repeated the order because the speaker is broken. Even the manager said they couldn?t remake the foodbecause it wasn?t their fault she didn?t hear the order correctly? needless to say for a newer Taco Bell the s Read more

As most people know, the prices at taco bell have gone up a crazy amount. Combine this with removing lots of popular, tasty... items from the menu and you get upset people. I'm not sure why taco bell has made the decisions they have, but they're losinglots of loyal customers. I still stop by this location every now and then, but not nearly as much as I used to. Every time Icome through the drive through the staff is very friendly and my food comes out fast. Read more

I have just had so many problems with this location. Twice, like today, I have gone through the drive thru and no one... acknowledged me, so finally I drive up to the window as everyone before me did, and there's no one there. In the middle of theday, when it's supposed to be open. It's not a holiday, it just looks like they left for the day at 2pm. And twice I haveleft with completely the wrong order. They are always missing stuff. I've even had problems with online order pickup. Thelocation and building is really attractive, but there's nothing convenient about botched fast food and nonsensical closings. It's a crapshoot every time I order if I receive what I pay for. And then I have to park and go inside to retrieve it becauseI'm not going to wait in line again. It's just not worth it going to this location. Read more

It is a nice taco bell. The staff is always friendly. That said it seems terribly understaffed, as it takes forever to get... through the line. The location is right on the corner and it makes it very hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It isworth it for your fourth meal, or a Mexican pizza, but do not plan on it being a quick stop. No offense, but I used to love Taco Bell for what it was, cheap, quick, tasty food. But my God, call the owner, EVERY store in... the state of Florida have really gone downhill. The food has just become terrible, tasteless, bland, and very poor quality. And the staff is absolutely the worst, very argumentative, not friendly at all, they make me feel like I'm bothering them everytime. I get what's happened in the last few years, I do, and maybe one store I could understand, but I have yet to visit ANYone store in FL that is of ANY quality or customer service whatsoever. Honestly, I won't go to ANY other Taco Bell anywhereever again. And I hate that because I really did love it before. Read more

I liked this spot, it's always clean, food when they first opened, fresh, decent service but idk what happen recently... I had... to trash my meal, who wants to microwave fast-food smdh. I'm glad I got my money back tho. Where there's a problem there's asolution. Forgot to mention, the quesadilla wasn't even cut, it was like a large soft taco. They get paid for their serviceand the food, it's beyond me how the logic works here. Read more

Placed a mobile order here, what a mistake! At the drive thru they told me to pull over and they would bring it out. I waited... more than 30 minutes before calling and was told that an employee would come out and talk to me. Eventually I was told they ranout of all food and I would not be given a refund for the amount I paid because they did not know how to process a refund?? Iwas not offered an apology of any kind for wasting my time, very disrespectful. Do not visit this taco bell location! Read more

Store is great, but some of the staff are not so much. I made an order through the mobile app then at the window i was told that... they discontinued it. I can't amy refund and have to call the taco bell support. This is just ridiculous plus support never helpas i sent emails to them. Definitely as for your refunds at the window or have different food. Read more
