There's only 3 people working there everytime we go but the food comes out fresh, correct and the employees are friendly.... McDonald's up the street has triple the staff but they are rude and everytime something is wrong with the order. So you mighthave to wait a few extra minutes but it's worth it. Read more
Stopped in because I was hangry. Jessica and Amanda were super nice and my bacon and cheese bk royal chicken sandwich was... amazing. It was definitely fresh as were the fries because ????. Well done Lonoke. Read more
The ice dispenser wasn't working, so the person behind the counter had to put ice in your cup. The ketchup dispenser wasn't... working neither, so you had to go up to the counter to grab packets out of the metal container they were in. Read more
Visited this place on July 08,2022 around 530pm. The Mgr is SUPER RUUUDE!!! I was told to go somewhere else mainly for the... fact that I wanted the size of "whatever comes in the combo" NO upgrade! not medium or large.. just ...whatever comes in acombo. !! Which ended up small . I've work in a customer service all these years and I've never had anyone REFUSED service NorArgue for combo listed on the menu.... that is.. whatever comes with the size I am paying for; Not an Upgrade! No wondereverytime I drive up to this restaurant no one is ever there. However McDonald and Sonic across the street always have lines. Thumps down!!! Read more
This location is convenient (hop off the freeway, grab food, and hop back on), it's clean, and most importantly...the food is... fresh. I've yet to have an issue of any kind with my order. Amanda and her crew are hard working and friendly. I can pickupmy food and when I get home 15 minutes later, it's still nice and hot. I can't say the same about the Golden Arch or the RedHead. Food was given to use cold burger and fries and no straw called them back to let them know and they said it's not their fault... and there's nothing they can do about it they said we cooked it fresh poor customer service will not ever go back or recommendit to anyone Read more
