I have to start off by saying both my husband and I, we were definitely hangry when we got there and the gentleman behind the... counter was extremely pleasant and our attitudes didn't phase his one bit. Took our order, extremely nice and it didn't takelong for our pizza to be done. Fresh, hot and delicious!!! Even better the next morning!!!! This is the first time that I have been inside the Pizza Pro diner! I haven't ordered pizzas for us from the Lonoke Pizza Pro,... nor have I eaten any of their pizzas in over 10 years. I was very glad to find that this pizza parlor is open for business andturns out a great Pepperoni pie!! The inside of the restaurant is very quaint. They do allow dining at the booths along thewalls now. And there's plenty of parking along in front of the Pizza Pro on West Front Street, as well as across Front Streetfacing the restored Rock Island Depot, and it's surrounding, shady, namesake oaks. I ordered a large, hand tossed, Pepperoni andOnion pizza for us. It was my hubby's birthday, and they made an absolutely DEEE-LICIOUS pizza! It was loaded with slicedpepperoni and they laid on the chopped onions-- and made it totally perfect for us! It was hard for us to stop eating it evenafter we were full! Gonna be going back to get another one soon!! You can also try their other dishes. The guy taking my Orderwas telling me about their popular new dessert, which is an Oreo Pie that he created! It's pizza sized, with a creamy vanillabase, topped with crushed Oreo cookies. The interior of Pizza Pro was used as a set for a recent movie that was shot in Lonoke afew years ago. Read more
