Walked in and immediately harassed by the manager, once we got our food we had the pleasure of a show while he proceeded to... curse out his kitchen staff. The correctness of the order is the only positive thing I can say. The service was rude and the lobby closed 30 minutes early... with bad attitude opposed to regret. Food was stale and crusty, real bottom of the barrel even for taco bell. Read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Stopped going about a year ago because they were awful. Always taking forever... to Get your food out or getting the order wrong or just being rude. I went to the drive thru last night and ordered 2 of the 5layer beefy burritos and I got 2 soft tacos and the tacos were wrapped in a bigger tortilla shell. I tried calling a coupletimes after I saw what they gave me and no answer. I wouldn?t ever recommend this place to anyone. I would give this a zerorating if I could. Read more
Had to stop on a road trip to get something to eat. I have to have gluten free so I always get the power bowl. I said no lettuce... but when I got it, not only was there hardly any beans, tomatoes and absolutely no rice, it was completely full of lettuce whichI can?t have either. They were also out of many other things. It wasn?t even fresh lettuce. My husband said his tacos wereterrible too. Awful food. Read more
Worst Taco Bell around. I live in this town. They are seldom open and close early a lot. When they are open beans are... consistently thick as dried mud, and order isn?t right. If you really want Taco Bell drive to Beebe, theirs is awesome. Read more
Went tonight to give them another try. Says they are open until 10pm. I went at 830pm and there was not a single person there.... Anytime we go there they are always out of quite a bit of stuff. And that goes for the KFC side of it too. It's been this wayfor a while. My opinion, they need to be shut down completely and start completely over from scratch bc the system they haverunning it now isn't working and they are loosing money. Read more
I waited forever in line to get my food despite being the only person in the drive-thru and nobody was inside. The food was NOT... cooked correctly and looked worse than dog food. We were not able to eat it. Read more
