Call me crazy, but if your hours are open till 9, you probably should not lock the doors and refuse to let people in at 8:45. I... understand that places need to be cleaned and all that, but i have worked fast food before, and you served food until the closetime and then cleaned up after. Change your hours if you arent actually going to be open when you state you will. Read more

My mother and I visited Subway tonight with the intention of using the foot long coupon we received in the mail. At the counter,... before placing our order, we informed the very polite and professional young woman that we wanted to use our coupon, but wanteddifferent meats. She said that was fine and cut our shared 12" bread in halves and processed to make our sandwiches. While atthe register she had question and the evening supervisor Sherry came to assist. She told us we can't use the coupon because wegot different meats. Our clerk said she was sorry but she told us we could. The supervisor said that she was going to call themanager, which she did then and there in front of everyone. She failed to mention that the sandwiches were already made, andthat their employee preapproved it. The entire conversation with her manager was with an accusatory tone toward us, thecustomers. She hung up and said: She said no. She was very rude and didn't offer a solution. My mother asked if we could just becharged for the higher cost meat and use our coupon. Again, no. My mother said if we can't use the coupon we didn't want to makea purchase. The supervisor mentioned that the sandwiches would be thrown away. I said, Are you telling us you'd rather throwthe food away than act in good faith and with care for customer service. She failed to reply and just looked at us rudely. Isaid I was going to contact the manager personally. A customer eating at the table , overhearing our entire visit said she wasgoing to contact her, too. The young woman who waited on us (we were told she. was a new- 2 day - employee) kept apologizing,and was so caring, despite her supervisors attitude. We left dissatisfied. This is very poor customer service. We will notreturn to this lacation. Read more

I come here to eat almost everyday as I work very close to this location. Michelle is always there to great me with a warm happy... smile. Really makes me feel welcome when I come into the store. She is an asset to this Subway location and always goes of ofher way to make sure I have a great dining experience at this location. It's very difficult to find employees that enjoy theirjob as much as Michelle seems to . It's refreshing to see. . As an added plus , Michelle is also easy on the eyes, so, ummm yeah, there's that. ;) The entire team here works hard and gives 110% . I have personally seen the staff here go above andbeyond to make their customers happy. I wouldn't worry about a few negative reviews. You can't make everyone happy. Just keepdoing what you are doing. The entire staff here is awesome and I wouldn't change a single employee!! Read more

This place is by far the worst place I have eaten in a long time. The so called "owner" is so disrespectful and does not care... about her customers. She actually thinks the customers are in service to her. I will gladly go out of my way to eat somewhereelse. I don't care how far away it is. I'd rather eat gas station sushi before I eat at this place again. Read more

This is by far the WORST Subway I have ever been to. I really wish corporate would come in and shut them down and let somebody... who cares take it over. I have been there several times and EVERY-TIME I end up throwing it away. I really don?t understand howyou can make a Subway Sandwich taste so bad but they have managed to do it. Read more

I actually work at this subway and to see some of these reviews hurts We try are best to be very welcoming and make sure each... customer leaves happy . I know for a fact all of us greet everyone with a hello as soon as they walk in and when they leave wesay have a nice day . I seen where a bunch of people were complaining about having to move out of the curbside parking andthat?s one of the main reasons I wanted to come on here and explain that when customers place orders online for curbside thereare times we have a line to the door and have to take them their food we can?t walk around the parking lot trying to find theirvehicle to give them their food that?s why we have a spot they pull up too. Another reason I wanted to come on here is to say wehave never refused anyone because of how dirty they are most of our customers are workers and for the not letting customers washtheir hands there?s been only a few mornings we have had our bathrooms closed because lack of cleanliness either from nightshift not cleaning them before we close or customers coming in and leaving a mess. So for anyone who has had a bad experiencewith this subway please come back and give us a second chance we really do try our best. Read more

I walked in and instead of being greeted with a hello I was told that I parked in a mobile parking spot and needed to go move my... car. It was embarrassing as there is a long line of people and all of them turned around to look at me. I went out move my carand hesitantly came back inside to order. A few minutes later a lady came in and said she had a mobile pick up order, and themanager proceeded to tell her that someone was parked in her spot and that she was sorry that someone would do that. Once again,I was mortified. I did not mean to do it, but was being made out to be this awful person over a sign. I should have paid moreattention pulling in, but was consumed with other things going on in my head that I don?t care to share with strangers. The sameworker, who I am just guessing was a manager, proceeded to tell the person in front of me that one of her other girl was threehours late yesterday and then no-showed twice these last two days so they are very short staffed. I couldn?t help but think thatI wish she Would have had the patience with me that she asked her customers to have with them during this time. I probably won?tbe back as she did not even say thank you when I paid for my meal. Read more
