It's McDonalds so overall no one should expect much. I'm under the impression this particular "restaurant" underwent renovations... in the last year so it's clean looking. However expect a wait...longer than usual wait especially if you order through theMcDonald's app...it seems to confuse the staff when it shouldn't. There is one manager in particular who appear rude to staff, yells way to much (I don't go to McDonald's often but on the times I've been in there...to pick up an online order...thismanager has been working and yelling)...this manager is also rude in such away she appears to think customers and customerservice is beneath them. Don't expect much and maybe wear protective ear gear. Read more

Fries were not hot and had been cooked earlier. Sauces were poured all over the meat and dripping off. Very messy.

My family visited this mcdonalds, we had 4 people and we ordered on one of the machines and our total was 36 dollars, we didn't... get our food for 50 minutes, and all of it but the fries were cold, and we were yet to get our drinks before leaving afterhaving been in the restaurant for just over 1 hour. This is not to mention that food was forgotten, that being our apples, andan employee claiming that food was not on the ticket, we lost close to $15 in our order and after telling the employee this wefound it there were 5 employees working! They had employees and still took this long. When an employee came to our table afterwe had called him over, we had mentioned the bad service and he proceeded to raise his voice and speak over us when we tried tofinish speaking. When we requested to get our money back because we really needed to leave and did not expect to wait this long, the employee continued to murmur while gathering change at the counter and tried to hand us $4. We were missing a large frappe,3 other soft drinks, and a bag of apples. After telling him this was not enough the employee threw change at us turned aroundand threw his headset on the ground. While walking out another employee said "yea, thanks a lot for that" at us while we triedto leave. The restaurant was also not very busy, and an employee kept mentioning that 2 people had walked out on them today, butthey still had enough people working to get by. There were only 2 families inside at the time and 1 man alone, as well as 4vehicles outside. Many times I saw employees just standing. I also don't think that you should let a bad mood conflict with yourability to do your job, and for the man that we spoke to, it obviously had. Read more

I was surprised to find no soap in the men's room and dried catsup on the handicap table. I guess the help shortage is to... blame. Read more

Morning shift girl on the intercom has a pleasant voice and is accurate. The drive thru window people after paying act like... there is no one at the window. I have not been greeted the window in a long time, or told how long the wait will be unless beingpulled forward, and things are not double checked nearly everytime I am missing something. If isn't food, it is always napkinsand at least 1 straw. No napkins with kids? Good thing parent always keep some handy. If not:wipes. I would appreciate agreeting like I give a hello, thank and have a nice day. It makes the world go round. Read more

Easily the slowest Mcdonald's I've ever been to and it has held this title for many years.

Have been through drive-thru a couple times, had ordered a quarter pounder with NO pickles and each time they had put pickles on... the sandwich. The first time the cashier claimed she miss heard me but she told us that pickles don't come on that sandwich andthe screen even had no pickles listed so don't know how she misheard. Then the second time (tonight) we called since we werewell on our way back home, when we asked to speak to the manager, the person on the phone hung up. They are lucky I'm notsomeone that's allergic to pickles but they should still get the order right cause they never know if that person ordering isallergic. Read more
