We love pizza factory BUT NOT THIS ONE! My family an I walked in and was very shocked. The place was so dirty. Every table was... the smell turned my stomach. Even my 8 year old asked why it was so dirty. No greeting from the workers. They were not superbusy. Very unwelcoming. Very disappointing. Needless to say WE WALKED OUT! Super disappointed.. I was told on the phone that the special today included 1 XL pizza, breadsticks, and a 2L soda, so thats... what I ordered. Sounded good.. Showed up to pick it up, noticed there were no breadsticks or soda. When I asked about thespecial, the manager told me that I didn't order the special, and was rude about it. Didn't offer any help, ranch, plates, etc..Not the biggest deal, but now I have to make extra stops to get my crew dinner. What a bummer.. I will most likely go somewhereelse from now on.. Read more

Best pizza place around, amazing owners and staff. They go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing experience.
The pizza is very good. It's like old fashioned pizzeria style. They load it with toppings. The salads are good quality too,... with toppings pilled high in top of high quality lettuce. The only odd thing is the setup of the place. There's this separateroom with too many tables and chairs and boxes piled up to the ceiling. Read more
