Rude! Called to place an order. Was extremely rude about how you can only order online. I do not use food delivery services.... Ever. So I asked for help on how to order without using that and the guy that answered the phone caught an arrogant attitudewith me and would not help me out. I explained to him how I randomly came across this place and wanted to give it a try. He hungup on me after telling me to order online, bye! How are they in business if this is how they treat people over the phone??? Wow. No way I'm ordering anything from this place now. Best burgers I?ve had in the area. Tots are awesome as well

I really wish fries were included with the purchase of a burger. Most restaurants that have good burgers are normally 10-12... dollars with plenty of fries. Paying 12-13 bucks for a good burger and then needing to pay 4 dollars more for fries is a bit toomuch. I would be a repeat customer if fries were included. Read more

Ordered a vegetarian burger, it was ten dollars. Came with absolutely nothing on it. Since I got door dash, they didn?t even... give an option for toppings. The fries were an extra $5 and they weren?t anything special. $15 for a plain burger and okayfries, never again. Read more

Let me start with I love supporting local and this caught our eye as an option to try. We've been on a Nashville hot chicken... kick and saw they had a Badass Salad that had that as the protein. This easily was a Sadass Salad. Each salad of various lettuceand topping quantities had a disappointing amount of chicken on each. They subbed mozzarella wedges for the pickles we orderedwhich were out of stock. These were soaked in grease. The fries were okay.
