Betty was extremely rude over the phone. I called because my sub was wrong and she said to just come back for the missing items.... When I asked if there is anything else that can be done as it is pouring raining out she said no then I won?t do anything foryou. I asked for her name and she hung up. So I came back up WITH the uneaten sub and asked for refund. She said no again. Justtake what your missing items. I said no I want a refund and she called her manager lying about the situation and calling menames. I have never been yelled at or treated so unfairly. I hope Betty was just in a bad mood today and this isn?t how shetreats Lorain residents regularly. She called me so many horrendous names infront of other customers. Read more

This is one of my favorite Subway shops, just a note if you get your cheese put on your bread first and have it toasted nice and... crunchy all the other elements will not over moisten the sandwich and it tastes very well that way ???????????? Read more

I order some sandwiches and they forgot to scan the chips. So then she scanned the chips so she doubles charged me 19 dollars... twice! I was told I can?t get a refund until the supervisor was at the store. I kept calling and was getting the run around,eventually I spoke to a girl who said I never called yet got her name and it was Meli**sa and supervisor is J*lie. Well, the food was great! Had an Ultimate Meatball 6" and a bottled water... Cost $7.50.. the garlic butter makes it Ultimate!... However, the female that made it... Terrible! No greeting, crabby, unfriendly! Seriously, she was having personal issues thatshe rolled off onto the customers... I'll go back to Subway for this sandwich again...just not this particular Subway on OberlinAve in Lorain. Crabby can be described as a larger blonde woman wearing a green Subway tee...
