The lady in the glasses working bread was SUPER rude, but the other two employees was polite and helpful.
Getting a bit old they took away roast beef all together witch I feel that is a bad move for Jared and his 12? Team
By far the worst customer service. I placed an online order which consisted of a steak and cheese with 3X protein, Xpepper jack... cheese, Xspinach, XPickles. My friend returns with my order and there's little to no meat, zero cheese, a few pickles, and alittle spinach. I return to the store and ask for my Xcheese with Xmeat and the employees immediately say "I made that order andI know I placed the cheese" i open the sandwich to show there is no cheese at all and the employee begins to get argumentativeand reluctant to do anything at all and just tells me to call the owner if I have an issue. This store is always out of something! Last night when I voiced my opinion about them not having an item that my daughter... wanted, instead of being apologetic we were told that they feed the whole community which is not an excuse as I explained to theemployee. This is not a new store and by now they should know how much of each item should be ordered especially if they?refeeding the entire community???? I was disgusted with the rudeness and even though the store is within walking distance of myhome I won?t be going back anytime soon if ever!
