I guess you get all kinds of people in customer service. There was a young man that actually gave me a discount even though my... coupon was expired one day. Then there was a young girl who was extremely RUDE to my grandkids, they are 21 & 14, they wereasking her a question and she told them just decide what you want to order because I'm busy, but they was only one othercustomer, even he told her she was in the wrong line of work and that she shouldn't be so rude.
