Overall long wait times. Even with mobile orders which is supposed to "be ready" when you arrive at the specified time. Not the... case here. I was forgot about a few times. Waited 10 minutes for a coffee and was late to work because I didn't see any staff tospeak to concerning the coffee that I paid for. The poor lady on the sandwich bar had to make my coffee for me as the originalstaff decided to work drive thru without finishing the coffee she started to make. So sad. My most recent experience: My Bagelwas over toasted and missing a lot of cream cheese. Maybe I'm picky, but I'm certainly not satisfied with this location at all.Wish I could get a refund. Read more

Was extremely disappointed with the management who called to rectify the hair found in my Ice cap, she was confrontational and... kept saying it wasn?t her or employees, recorded conversation and then advised head office she called back and tried again topass the blame.
