Stopped by for quick bite to eat. Staff were polite. However the serving portions have definitely shrunk considerably. I... ordered a chicken tender meal. The portion was equal to what small child would eat. It appears that the once reasonable sizetender are either cut to make two smaller tenders or their supplier has down-sized the size of the tenders. Either way, theywere tasty... Just small and tasty. Stopped here during a long car ride for breakfast. The service was friendly, and the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were tasty... and hit the spot. Recommended for road food for sure! Did not eat inside just went through drive thru. Read more

Employer listening skills are really bad because I went threw drive through and order two piece dinner with large dirty rice and... gravy and when I got my food it wasn't what I place my order for. Instead of what I ask for I got small dirty rice with beansthat I didn't ask for. The girl at the window was really nice but I think people need to listen very clearly when taking ordersthrough the microphone. You not the only restaurant that screws up on people foods but I think will not be going back. Read more

We ordered through the drive through and had to clarify our order multiple times. Like MULTIPLE times. Alright maybe they can't... hear through the speaker box very well. The wait was very long. We were in the line for a solid 20 minutes, the guy behind usactually left. Get to the window and sit there for at least 5 minutes as they cook our food. Get our food and the only goodthings I can say was the drinks were correct, the chicken tender meal was correct, and it was hot. We had ordered 2 grilledchicken clubs and 2 Cajun chicken sandwiches. Both came out with just the filets on buns. No mayo, no toppings, none of theextra stuff that was charged for making the grilled chicken a club. Just a dry sandwich. The meat was dry. The fries wereunseasoned. The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is for the drinks and the tender meal. Will not be returning. Didn't even get areceipt to do the review online with bojangles. Read more

We stopped at Bojangles in Loris around noon today. I have to say it was the absolute best chicken biscuit I have had at... Bojangles in a very, very long time. Actually, it was the best chicken biscuit from anywhere in a long time. Thank you forchanging my mind. After so many hard, dry biscuits, chicken that seems to be old. Family dinner that was short pieces ofchicken or no biscuits at all. I'd decided to go elsewhere. But I wanted a chicken biscuit today... From Bojangles. I calledthe manager and she said she is new. I told her to keep up the good work. She is making a difference. If they keep that managerand she keeps up the good work, I'll start going to Bojangles again. And the sweet tater pie..... Oh my gosh!!!! Better thanever. Great lunch today!!!! Read more

Went to Bo's for the first time. Was not impressed. There was plenty of parking and its wheelchair accessible. We waited several... minutes for someone to come to the register. We got chicken sandwiches, some with fries, some with mac-n-cheese. Mac was good.Fries were well seasoned but either nicely crisp or soggy. The sandwich wasn't anything special. Didn't enjoy the mayo. Overall,it was edible but I'd rather Popeyes. Read more

Writing this after we sat in a parking lot waiting for our food still 20 minutes after ordering in the drive through. I'm not... one to write bad reviews unless it is truly bad. The staff was ridiculously rude taking the order as well as the person at thewindow. To make it worse the food was not fresh. Would recommend steering clear. Wish we would had went anywhere else. While I like the energy of some of the people, the food has gotten worse and worse. It's now at the point where I only order egg... and cheese biscuit, but after the truly old one I go today (at 2pm no less), I'll have to try Hardee's across the street. Eggand cheese biscuits are not hard to make and they take minimum time, which is why I switched to it instead of the chicken I usedto love. The egg on the biscuit I was given today has that weird hard edge that tells you it's been sitting too long. Gross andlazy. I'm done with this location. Read more
