If you want a great, reasonable pizza, Domino's Lorton will not disappoint. It's a chain, people! Consistency has its merits... and Domino's is just that, consistent. My pizza went on a lengthy car ride. I ordered pizzas and they arrived at my house an hour an 50 minutes later. I live 2.9... miles from the store! Larry, the delivery driver, was lovely and told me he is the only driver on duty. I get it! I would havepicked the pizza up had I known at the time I placed the order. Something is wrong with my order 9/10 times. Pizza boxes smashed in with cheese smeared all over the box, wings barely sauced,... incredibly delayed orders, and for the past few years they've been complaining about issues with delivery driver shortages.Seems like issues with management. Read more
Update: I find it strange that a comment was left 2 months later leaving an email address to contact them regarding my concerns.... This just shows there lack of quality customer service. Why? Because I contacted them to discuss the matter further days laterto no resolve. I had a 30 min conversation with the manager and all his did was justify the behavior. The same man who wasactually rude to me while I was there. He knew the situation and was the issue. In addition to they never gave me back my moneythat I wasted after they told me to bring the pizzas back. See they never expected for me to actually bring it back. They tookthe pizza and then refused to refund me. They?re straight trash. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional Dominos, I?ve everencountered. Customer service is terrible, the manager is even worst, the wait time is beyond ridiculous with zero justificationand upon going in the store, about 7 of them are standing around talking. They talk about COVID safety which is why they left mykids pizza on the floor of a hotel hallway without calling yet they?re not wearing mask in addition to not making food withgloves on. ???? I witnessed a worker come deal with money then go right back to making pizza. I?m contacting the healthdepartment. We ended up getting pizzas from Papa Johns with no issues. I?m pretty sure the positive reviews are workers, I wouldfind it very hard to believe that the work culture is anything other than what they have shown me. It starts from the top. We have ordered from here before without issues. Today, we had guests who wanted a pizza. After over 90 minutes, pizza still... showed in quality control. No delivery. Tried to call to cancel. No answer. Read more
Interior pictures shown on here are not from the real restaurant. (Doesn't really matter). Due to traffic I was about an hour... late to pick up my online ordered pizza and the staff told me that it was already picked up. So I guess they don't check orderID from your phone but they were kind enough to make a new Cali style pizza exactly as I ordered it within 10 minutes while Iwaited. No complaints on taste / quality of the order AND appreciate the good attitude of the manager & staff. ???? Read more
I'm very sad for this location. No matter what they just can't seem to get it right. The general manager is very nice. However... without good staff you won't go far. My last delivery had obviously been dropped. Pizza cheese bread, pasta.. It was all just amess. It is sad that a driver cannot be honest and let the customer know. Have been a dedicated costumer of the lorton dominos for 6 years now and last time I ordered I got two large pizza with 3... toppings in august. When I got my ordered they made a mistake and gave me the wrong order so the manager on duty said I will puttwo free large pizzas in my file. So, today I went to get my free two pizzas and they had downgraded my two large pizzas to twomedium pizzas. I explained to the new manager (Jackson Martin which is the name he gave me when I told him I will be ratingthem) on duty and showed him the two Large pizzas I ordered and they got wrong but he told me he couldn?t help me because themanager that put the free pizzas in was gone.
