Went online to order sandwiches every time I checked out they were out of what I ordered went to the store. All I saw was... lettuce and tomato. Nothing cut. I did not want to waste my time so I went to paisanos and order a pizza. I don?t know what?swrong here since last week I ordered twice Tuesday and Thursday. No problem will never come back to this location or to anylocation. Continuing on the review, it?s asking me how much I spent and what did I order did not order anything just went topaisanos?s next Paisano staff was fast and sweet. Read more

The guys here at Lorton Jersey Mike's have the best customer service!!! And they make a delicious sub!!! It really made my day... and was very refreshing to have such kind customer service with a smile because it is rare to see these days!!! On 17 Oct at 12pm, there were two gentlemen working, just wanted to take a second to say how professional, kind they were. They... were swamped with online orders, people walking in with an attitude and these two handled the ?heat? perfectly! Kudos to themand their patience with impatient people. I waited in line for over 15 minutes. The service was so slow that the line became very long and people started leaving. While I... feel bad that there were only a few employees, they were taking their sweet time. It was ridiculous. Honestly a subway with oneemployee could be faster than this place. They should consider hiring more employees. Read more
Ridiculously slow service (I only ordered 1 regular size basic sub and it took them over 15 minutes to make) and there were only... two other customers besides myself. The manager was present and the customer service was non existent. I typically like JerseyMike?s but this location is horrible. Not worth your time to stop in. Read more
Quality sandwich in a clean environment. Tuna is better than most. Decent value.
