Easily the slowest pizza place in northern VA. And they let you stand in the lobby without acknowledging you at all.
I've only had positive interactions from thus location always ordering delivery and usually using the app for ordering. With a... bit of extra time, you can usually find a coupon online that will help sweeten your deal. I most recently ordered a stuffedcrust pepperoni and customized it with 3 cheeses and added sausage. The coupon I found was for 25 percent off amd it ended upknocking 7 bucks off my meal. I also got some cinnamon roll crumble as a dessert and both items tasted delicious. Service wasgreat and the driver was friendly and respectful. I couldn't have asked for more. Read more
I would like to lead with this location is the best in the area. Pizzas always great and I never feel like my toppings are... skimped on. The staff is great from the manager Daniel, and Jeff is always fast with the Delivery. Great Job guys Keep it up! Read more
Heard this location was under new management so I tried it again. I don't live here but its close to my grandmas house and we... used to eat here alot until it went down hill. My pizza came an hour after the time it was supposed to come. Then I called Papa John's, and they said my driver was leaving,... but that's not the problem, I'm right down Th Street, and my pizza seemed like it was sitting there for hours smh I'm too tiredto argue, just hope the service gets better. Paid for extra spicy garlic sauce and never received it. Called to ask for a refund and the girl working there questioned if I... was actually telling the truth or not then proceeded to hang up on me. We ordered gluten-free Vegan pizza.s We ordered mushrooms and onion on the first pizza, and spinach and tomato on the second... pizza. The crust was burnt, and their was probably about 8 thin slices of mushrooms and very thin slices of onion. Since we didnot have cheese on the pizza, you would think they would have added a few more mushrooms or oniions. It was very hard to tastethe toppings. The best of the two was the tomato and spinach, and that was tastless also. This pizza tasted like bad crackers. No flavor whatsoever!!! We ordered gluten-free Vegan pizzas from other places, and did not experience a tasteless pizza. Thiswas by far the worst pizza I have ever had!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only did they charge us 3 times for our order, they claimed they never received it. This... was at 6:30pm. So my husband went down to the store after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. They begin making our order, send myhusband home, and tell him it will be there in 45 minutes. This was at 7:30 pm. I call the store to ask how long until our pizzais done because we will just pick it up. They say 10 minutes, great, we live ten minutes away. My husband gets there and theySENT OUR ORDER TO THE WRONG HOUSE. We find this out at approximately 8:15pm. It is now 8:40pm TWO HOURS after my husband placedthe order and he is still at the store waiting for our order to be done. We will never do business with this company again. Read more
