Placed an online order at 6:10PM. Received message that it was put for delivery at 7:08PM. Called at 7:38PM and was told that... there was a mixup and that my order was not made. They offered to make new pizza but after waiting 1.5 hrs, it did not seemworth it. Things go wrong, but I would not rely on their text message system. Read more

No matter how many times I give this place a chance my pizza is never made how I order it. It's terrible because this place... isn't cheap and when you're paying $20+ for a pizza you should expect it to be exactly what you asked for. I noticed a commentbelow from a while back saying how his pizza had no sauce and unfortunately that also happened to me numerous times and italways happens when the same person works. A guy named Jay is who messes up my pizza every single time and I have to call andcomplain and when I do the other employees are very familiar with this employee and conveys that ruining people's pizzas is aregular occurrence for him. I have ordered here several times and tonight was the first bad experience but man was it bad. My Buffalo chicken pizza had... nothing but stale cheese and cold chicken. No Buffalo and no sauce. Then my order of ?in house? chocolate chip cookies wasn?teven a cookie OR chocolate chip. It was some pumpkin spice cake thing. I?m extremely disappointed and this will be my last timeordering here. Definitely skip Vocelli's If' you're looking for a convenient place to order dinner for the family without a lot of hassle. If... you do order from them, be sure to have a backup plan. Summary: Wrong order, forced me to chase them down for answers, refusedto make it right, no apology, not apologetic at all, wouldn't even refund the full value of the missing pizza, sketchy requestfor credit card info they already had. Details: Wife and child were sick and I had to work late. She wanted pizza, so I triedto order online from Vocelli's website because they're nearby. Took a long time to get here, and when it did, the order waswrong. I had ordered 2 pizzas, one with some unusual toppings that only I like and one that everyone else would like. In placeof the pizza I'd ordered for the sick members of the family was one that had a foul smell to it. I think it was mushrooms andonions, but in any case, not something anyone in this house would eat. I called the number for the local franchise to get a"wireless customer has been disconnected" message. I had to go look up the corporate help number and they called the place andsaid it was just busy (maybe my cell company was acting strange, but "wireless customer has been disconnected" is different from"busy" and it's not ambiguous.) Eventually I managed to contact the local Vocelli's and the guy told me the driver had mixed itup and he would call to get it corrected. 30 minutes later with a hungry 3 year-old waiting, I had heard nothing so I calledagain. This time they tell me it's too late, we're not going to get a pizza. This was 7:30pm and supposedly the store closesat 10pm. He says: "do you want me to take $10 off your order?" I had been charged $11.18 for the missing pizza not includingdelivery, tip, and tax. I said, "at least give me back the full value of the pizza that is missing."
