Honestly depends when you go. It?s 11/26 8:33pm & they?re closed early for the holiday? They said closed early for Thanksgiving... but it?s Saturday & that was Thursday. Online says you close at 10:00. I happen to get the Same rude little girl I got lasttime. Y?all need to update your hours. Seems like every time I get your night shift, I get rudeness. Only good time to go isright around dinner. Your crew working then is a lot nicer! Only reason why I left 2 stars. Read more

Worst fast food experience ever. Was almost there 60 minutes to pick up order that was ordered on the app. I used the app while... in line due to 4 people ahead. Waited and waited. Person working register taking orders and bagging food seemed confused. Hekept on reading tickets over and over, not putting food in bags. And waving his hand to snap his fingers, yes...him. After 30min, I asked how much longer. Cook, who was really keeping up, came to front to help. Everyone was so confused what the snappyfinger guy messed up. I then said my food was sitting there on the counter for 30 min and that it was probably cold and soggy.The cook said she would remake it. Had to wait longer! Finally got the order, nothing else was offered for our horribleexperience (coupons, extra food, etc.) Was a little mad since family was all waiting at a table. Going to this location specifically gives you a 1 in 3 chance of getting good service and getting your order correct. The other... 67% of the time, you'll end up with poor service and an incorrect order. The good staff (33% chance of encountering) experiencegoes like this: -Responds to you quickly at the drive thru and takes your order or lets you know it will be a second. -Repeatsyour order, makes sure it's correct -Is friendly when you get to the window -Gives you your food correctly The bad staff (67%chance of encountering) experience goes like this: -Makes you wait 5 to 10 minutes before acknowledging you and taking yourorder, even with no cars ahead of you. -Does not repeat your order, does not give you the price when you finishordering. -Barely addresses you when you get to the window, simply takes your payment. -Flirts with other employees. -Gives youdirty looks while you wait. -Doesn't give you your order correctly. -Gives you a hard time if you ask for them to correct yourorder. Good staff, I'm sorry for the review. Bad staff, please get other jobs where you can care about what you do just alittle bit more, so that you don't kill El Pollo Loco by driving people away from the chain through your bad service. Minimumwage jobs suck, but so does becoming un-hirable by getting fired from a minimum wage job. Read more

We ordered 2 double chicken tostadas. They got our order wrong. They gave us, basically a chicken salad, no tostada shells. We... went back and told them and showed them the receipt. Without missing a beat, the manager put in another order for us. We toldher that we just needed the tostada shells, but she said that what we received was different than what was ordered. We told herit was ok, but she placed the order anyway. They were very busy in the drive through, but they right order came within minutes.She apologized and we thanked her. It was an honest mistake that was corrected without issue. The food was great and the onlyreal complaint I could say, would be that the dining area could have been a little cleaner, however it wasn't that bad. Food is predictably good. My beef (chicken?) is that this location won't offer cardboard drink carriers. I regularly pick up 4... meals for my elderly parent and sisters. I can only order 3 drinks - two in my car cupholders and I carry one. Come on man,provide a drink carrier. And don't get me started on what happens when I enter the property from Los Al Blvd and there are toomany customers in the queue. Read more

I drove there and ordered the double avocado fit bowl. I was thrilled to learn they have a spinach salad. I'm trying to eat... healthy, and they now serve spinach salads. And since avocado is a healthy fat, I was looking forward to this meal. But as youcan see in the photo, my salad did not have ANY avocado. And I didn't feel like driving back just for part of my salad. Read more
