I work with Uber Eats and had a really good order that would definitely help me with my gas problem and these people decided to... close the drive thru and take no orders. I called the store and got no answers so I called Uber's help number and they calledthe store more than twice and still no answers. I had to give up my order because they decided to close their store and I didn'tdo anything to these people to deserve this. California is a hard place for so my job and I wasted gas and time. I took picturesand when one of the employees saw me they opened the drive thru... This always happens though. I used to work around the cornerat leisure world and they did this same thing at night. This is the worst Jack the neighborhood. Terrible customer service, insanely RUDE. Ridiculous rules with condiments. No lettuce... with any burger that comes with lettuce ?then lady cops an attitude when you ask for the lettuce that your burger should havecame with. Idk guys, find a different spot to grab food, this place may just ruin your day. Read more
UPDATE:(THERE ENDED UP BEING PIECES OF PLASTIC IN MY SHAKE. SO GROSS AND DANGEROUS. THE GUY PROBABLY GOT MAD THAT I ASKED HIM TO... FIX IT. WHO KNOWS.).......I asked the guy at drive thru to fix my strawberry shake because it was white with one pink swirl init. He took it back after charging me for it. Then he fixed it waving it in the air and telling me that the strawberry shake hasmore pumps than it normally comes with all while holding up the line. Which wpuldnt have happened had it been done right thefirst time. And then he asked me for my card again so he could charge it. I paid for 2 shakes because i asked him to fix thehalf a**ed job of the first one. Every jack in the box ive been too lately has been terrible. I'd thought this was a nice location, and had written so here - before.. But whomever is the day manager , she is pretty much... unaware - of what customer service is .. If you get a burger , meal , whatever ? Be prepared.. ( they seem to be rationing thesauces ! I purchased 2 burgers .. I asked for secret sauce .. I received 2 . I asked for more of them please .. ( because Iordered the burger dry in the first place .. I just prefer the way they used to make them - with secret sauce ..) The guyhelping me at the counter looked confused because he said they only give out one for each burger .. This seems silly , I know -but he turned walked a couple of steps to his right to the managers office and asked her .. " Can I give out any more ?" Shereplied, 3 max ! ". ( Are you kidding me ? ) How horribly cheap ! But I knew she was not a very friendly manager from aprevious visit .. When I asked for a fresh cooker burger , She said they always do .. Perhaps when she's working ..? Lol' That's not all the time she's not there ! I have asked them before and they say , We cook many of them earlier.. we justput it on the grill to heat up .. Anyway .. just not friendly management.. the workers are nice .. I'd say ; only go here ifyou are 100% fine taking the items as normally prepared .. Specialty requests , and definitely any extra sauce + isn't going togo well for you .. ( at least while she is there ) Extra tip .. I think she works morning and day shifts .. I do not knowif she is the store manager, of an assistant manager .. But I actually have stock in this company.. so I'm trying to find outnow if this is a corporate store , or a privately owned franchise.. currently checking.. Read more
Disappointing. They never get my orders right. Most of the time they'll either be wrong orders, or missing stuff altogether. My... time and money is better spent on other restaurants. Read more
I LOVE JACK IN THE BOX FOR THEIR LOADED TINY TACOS. I BUY THEM TWICE A WEEK. THE LOAD FRENCH FRIES ARE GOOD ALSO. JULY 17TH 2022... STOPPED TO GET TACOS AND CHURROS. THEIR CHURROS ARE SO CRISPY OUTSIDE AND SOFT INSIDE A GREAT SNACK. Read more
Tacos made with full lettuce. Horrible taste, like eating a taco salad.
This place really takes their time to make your meals look nice and edible. Some other places make a mess out of your orders.... Nonetheless the food loos good, taste good and service is fast ???????? Read more
