Is it possible to give 0 stars? Very slow service, with the button seeming to time out after a while so I had to press it again... and restart the wait. The drink was good after I got it after 25 minutes, but they charged me the wrong price (almost doublewhat it should have been). I mentioned that the price did not match up with what the menu (and my receipt) said. They apologizedand said that I should call corporate. A couple of calls to corporate yielded no results. Suffice to say, I will not be going toSonic anytime soon. If anyone is starting up a class action lawsuit anytime, let me know. Very disappointed, 0/5 stars. Read more

We attempted to buy ice cream at this location. Half the stations were taped off and closed. I had to wait for a station to open... up. When one finally opened up another customer cut me off and pulled in front of me. After waiting another 5 minutes with thered light blinking, I drove off. I have no intention of going back. The worst service ever. Two days in a row I pulled in the Stahl just to get a drink. Both times my wait time was 25 minutes. 15... minutes to take the order and 10 minutes to get the order to me. The staff is so rude. You need more help and better staff. Read more

place is great, carhops/employees are great. it?s just the customers that made me give 3 stars because of how they treat... employees when they hand them their food, call in to make a complaint and feeling overwhelmed, should seriously set up acomplaint system on customers they interact with. My wife and I each ordered a chicken club meal. We got our food home and discovered that both sandwiches were missing half of... the ingredients and were grilled and not breaded. Additionally, the fries were cold and soggy. We head back to the store so wecan get the meals that we ordered. We tell the store of the error and they take our food back and give us what we ordered. Weeven got slightly warmer soggy fries. We get home and about a third or so of the way through my sandwich, it feels a little toocold and chewy. That?s when I noticed that my replacement chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle. Not undercooked,but raw. Pink, cool, and slimy. I promptly threw out the sandwich, finished my slightly warmer soggy fries, and called the storeto tell them that they need to keep an eye on the kitchen considering that they just gave me raw chicken after giving me thewrong sandwich. I was told that they would tell the kitchen of this and I sincerely hope they did and that no more raw chickenis sold to customers. Looks like I will only be purchasing ice cream from this Sonic in the future since after all, there?s nosuch thing as undercooked ice cream. Read more
