No straw for drink and cannot get straws by myself. When I pick the straw from the desk, a lady impolitely said I cannot do that... and must ask someone pick it for me. Everyone is busy and no one notice me, and I do not want to bother them as well. So weird. Read more
This is a beautiful location. Right downtown. There are seating inside, outside and in side patio. The store is clean and well... kept and the customer service is excellent. I went at 7 am so it was not busy. Read more

Staffs were super friendly and they have good menu. Ordered a frappe and they have good selection of pastries.
