We went tonight to celebrate our 7th anniversary. When we arrived we were asked if this was a special occasion and I replied... yes, we are celebrating 25 years together and 7 years married. We were seated and at first the service was outstanding. However, once we ordered which was a starter and then a couple light appetizer plates my husbands food was delivered first. I watched himeat his entire meal before our waiter returned and said “have they not brought you the brioche”. My reply was no. I waitedfor a few more minutes and it was finally delivered. At that point, I unfortunately had lost my appetite. There was no apologyfor the delay and we were wished a lovely evening when we left. I only wish this would have been a good experience as I was aloyal Lucques customer for many years. Big disappointment. Read more

Basically they took one of the best restaurants in Brentwood and ruined it! Ambiance so different and dull. Vibe is so boring.... We were so disappointed how lack luster it was… won’t be going back. Read more

They have great selection of food on their menu. We sat outside was very enjoyable and great service. Everything tasted good:... lol e for one bottle of wine for $34 but on our bill they charged us $80 for it. Then we asked for a wine they didn’t have andbrought us something “similar” charged us $160 for it. So I think that was a bit too much for simple work dinner but anywaysthe food is good there for sharing I’ll definitely go back and make sure to check the bill before I leave Read more

First time visiting and it was a good experience. All staff (hostess, bartenders and our servers) were all attentive and made... great recommendations. Bacon wrapped dates were a great starter, the fried chicken was tasty and the lamb ribs were thehighlight for us. Really great, bold flavors. Finished off with a sweet dessert, would go back again. A popular restaurant in Brentwood for politicians to host fund raising dinners. The ambiance is great for special occasion... celebration. Unlike its former self Tarvin, AOC ( not the NY politician) serves Spanish like tapas. All foods come in smalldishes and they are meant for sharing. We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Among the tapas dishes we ordered includedthe popular farmer’s plate, Faccacia bread, Spanish fried chicken, soft crab, calm and garlic, curry cauliflower, hangersteaks and duck confit. We were told that we should order two dishes per person. The amount of food was just right to keep usall fed. All of the dishes were delectable. We particularly liked the farmer’s plate and hanger steaks. The veggies and thecheese were quite fresh and delicious. The toasted sourdough bread was amazing. The hanger steaks were grilled to perfection onthe medium rare side. I loved the grilled beef taste. Our waiter was very attentive on serving us. He kept an eye on the foodand ensured the food came out on time. The only complaint I have is the bank busting price tab on the dishes. For a small dishlike the 4oz hanger steak, it would set you back $25 and the duck confit that can barely give you one bite costs $26. Sincedishes come in very small tapas sizes, you have to order many. The dinner bill would come to a few hundred dollars for a partyof 4. Parking is in the back of the restaurant and they would validate. Read more

We enjoyed our meal here, but definitely felt a bit over hyped. The wines were nice, we really enjoyed the sampler (seen below)... but the fried chicken fell short of our expectations. The steak was beautifully cooked, and we enjoyed the butterscotchdessert. I don't know if we'll come back, but overall it was a good meal. Read more

There’s a good variety on the menu. Some of the tavern menu is showing up on the Google maps, that’s misleading the current... A.O.C dessert menu, (I.e., the snickers bar is no longer on the menu). Something to keep in mind about A.O.C is the dishes aresmall and if you’re sharing some of your favourite dishes, your may need to get two! Read more
