Real BBQ is better quality than this. The chicken is still red. The owner of the place rudely says "What do you want" instead of... "How may I help you?" But was very polite to his Caucasian customer before me. Even worse, the food is too overpriced to be thatrude in the first place. At least make some good food before you talk down on your customers. Chick Fil A is across the parkinglot selling COOKED chicken with better service and pricing, better yet they don't treat us by the color of our skin! Melaninbeware! Read more

I was surprised to see this place empty, considering how packed the shopping center was. However, the slow service, the... ketchup and hot sauce bottles that have crusted on old food and whose contents look brown, and the burnt rubbery chickenexplained it. The counter staff struggled with clear communication. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the mac and cheese,though not very cheesey, had an interesting smokey flavor and was tasty. Read more
This is a good barbecue joint. 3.5 stars, solidly good. The grilled chicken is filling and the sauce is tangy and mildly sweet.... The decor is a little immature with all the Budweiser flags, but sports fans will like the TVs showing sports game and highlightshows. The food is up relatively quick, in about 15 minutes. It is fairly empty inside, but the outdoor seating is nice to enjoythe weather. Read more
This was my first & last time going their (dined in ),DO NOT EAT HERE I was throwing up Very very badly, the next morning &... harsh stomach pain couldn’t eat anything after word ,ribs are not done very pink ,chicken was cold and wet , During the dateof September 24,2022 my young lady & I stopped for bar b q , the moment I approached the cashier he seemed a bit rushy &impatient, I ordered white meat chicken & ribs , he brings out dark meat & I ate it , then he replaced it ,I spent $50 for bothof us , I have receipt to prove it , chicken was cold , I tried my best to not put a review after a month but he just keepleading me on about getting a refund , after while they relocated to a new location and keep saying they weren’t open yet ,wonder why they moved , l have receipt time and date and doctor proof ,be carful guys pay attention to reviews which issomething I didn’t do , good luck , P.S if you want real bar b q & great customer service try Barbie Q in encino .
