Wings are great. But the customer service sucks. The ladies here are rude and they have no manners at all. Also they never have... the food ready, if you order over the phone they tell you 15-20 mins, and when you get there they still tell you to wait 8-10more minutes. It?s ridiculous! Read more
I've been coming to the spot for over 2 years.. I always order a 20-piece Wing or 15 piece wing... When I order a large amount... of wings they usually put the celery and carrots in a separate container. (So it equals to about 10 to 15 pieces of carrots andcelery) I noticed this time they put the celery inside the container with the food and it was only five pieces ofvegetables. When I asked for more celery and carrots they told me they had to charge me... Which has never happened to mebefore in my two years of service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that I was wrong and insulted myintelligence,(by telling me maybe when I order from before I asked for more on the side, and that has never ever been the case.. The only thing that would make this place better is them closing for good. I?m from Atlanta and this specific location does a... disservice to the American Deli brand. The customer service is missing the service part, the food is mid at best and there is asevere lack of seasoning being used. I ordered whiting that came out rock hard and inedible, only to be returned with 0seasoning. They don?t do exchanges or refunds so order at your own risk if you have money to waste. Read more
