This is the most flavorless meat EVER!!! I only went here because D’s BBQ was closed. Their food SLAPPSSS!!! This was gross... old meat with 0 flavor. There is no way that black people made this food. The potato salad was awful. It taste like coldmayonnaise. I would have rather went hungry. Whoever made this soul food sold their soul to the Devil. Barbeque Kig is horrible! How old was that tri tip that I ordered out? It was dry, tasteless, microwaved crapola. Nothing BBQ or... smoked about it. There are a whole lot of better choices for fall off of the bone, tender, melt in your mouth BBQ in South LosAngeles than this dump. Burn me once...shame on you. You'll never burn me twice. Ghetto is not the word. They won't take phone orders but once your waiting in line, they take every call. They allowed someone... to get back in line 3 times to order more food even though there was a line. &&& they are extremely slow getting the ordersout. & the side orders are better than the entrées. I do not recommend at all. "Maybe" if they fulfilled phone orders it wouldbe a better experience but probably not. Read more
Delicious barbecue and lots of yummy side options. Had the brisket and hot link, both so good. Their Mac and cheese was a little... runnier than I'm used to but it was delicious anyhow. Not sure if it's always the case or if it's a OVID thing but they had nobeers on tap, but they had a ton of canned choices. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a try. Read more
If you can barely handle your regular customers, you probably shouldn’t be on stuff like doordash and uber eats. This... restaurant clearly has no regard for customers who order on those apps or the drivers who show up to get the orders as theyprioritize the in person customers only. Prepare to wait for hours to have your order delivered if you do order, and thats ifthe restaurant doesn’t cancel it after having it for an hour and doing nothing. Read more
This place is fire???????came here for the first time and was very pleased! Good prices and large portions of meat.
I liked the BBQ but not the sides. Texas ribs is definitely the way to go here. Mac n cheese wasn't bad but compared to the... BBQ had very little flavor. The greens were tender but seasoned in a way I didn't prefer. The BBQ sauce was the main attractionon this one. Really nice balance between sweet and tangy. Read more
Try this place first tonight, feed the family ribs potatoes salad and greens. Ribs were nice and tender, but the sides had no... favor, and seasoning, Very bland. Don't compliment the ribbs at all..I.wish this spot well, i might try again one day. Read more
