Went to celebrate an anniversary. Staff was great - until unbeknownst to me, they told 3 of my friends that they had a lot of... orders and were not going to serve them! Can you imagine how embarrassing that was? Even though my friends shared they werewith my party. It was 20 minutes before closing!! I wished I had known while we were there. They didn't want to ruin mycelebration so one accepted whatever anyone shared. The other 2 ate on their way home. Horrible! And we were so patient withtheor slow service. Will not go back!!!!! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The staff was friendly and the food was not expensive. I can definitely recommend it.
This Blaze location needs to update their open hours and refund me the order that I placed but they never fulfilled. So it says... online that this location closes at 9pm but it turns out they actually close at 8pm and I found this out the hard way. I placedmy order online at 8:10 pm through the Blaze website for pickup. I had no problem placing the order and even got an emailconfirmation that it was placed and that it would be ready for pickup at 8:29 pm. Got to the Blaze at 8:40pm and they weredefinitely closed and one worker who was almost about to drive home was kind enough to let me know that they actually closed at8pm so they didn't make my order. He said that his boss said that she would refund me but I have yet to receive a refund. Atleast there was a Chipotle next door that was actually open when they said they were open so me and my group ate there instead. Read more
I?ve gone to this location twice now the first time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they said that their... online ordering wasn?t working and told me to get to the back of the line if I wanted to order even though my card had alreadybeen charged. I just went back to give them a second chance and when I ordered and asked for a side of olives the (what lookedlike manager) told me he wasn?t allowed to give out olives because there wasn?t a way to charge for them ??? This was afterletting me know they were out of garlic for the garlic bread? I?m not understand the way this establishment is ran. I workacross the street and come here on my lunch break and am continuously met with bad consumer service and rude employees. Thisplace is not worth the waste of time energy and money. Read more

The crust tastes like cardboard, they forgot to put on theMozzarella that I paid for, and they were stingy with the other toppings too. The dizzy delivery person was twenty minutes late,the pizza was cold, and even though I wrote instructions to deliver on the second floor, I find the delivery person standing ata door on the first floor. The pizza is very good. The service kept it from being a 5 star review. We stood in the ordering section for about 5 minutes... without acknowledgment while a worker was pressing pizza crusts and ignoring us. Walked to register thinking we were in wrongplace. Nope. Walked back to be ignored some more. Eventually a very nice woman came over and took our order and made it. It wasready quickly. The prices are stupid reasonable for LA ($5.85 for a standard cheese pizza). Cool pizza boxes also. Read more
