The food was good and our waitress was very nice but when we got there on a Sunday evening even though it wasn't busy at all it... still took 10 mins for us to be seated, then almost another 10 for someone to come ask us for drinks and food. I get it if itwas busy but there was literally 10 people there. I also asked for a beer and never got it. I would see the waiters go back tothe same place and take forever to come out and check for refills don't know what they were doing back there but that reallysucked. Read more

Went to this establishment on 9/19/22. Waited a long time before being acknowledged at the front door. Never received... appetizer. We ordered pizzas that weren't very good. Ordered a hot fudge cake for my son. After paying, using the QR code, Irealized that they charged me for the ice cream, which on the menu clearly includes it. When I told my server about it, she saidthat the managers make them charge for it even though it is supposed to come with it! She sent someone over to our table thatsaid they were the manager, but she wasn't wearing a name tag so I am not sure it was really the manager. I informed the managerabout not receiving the appetizer and her response was "Okay....?" I told her about the charge for ice cream, and she said thehot fudge cake does not come with ice cream, even though I showed her the menu stating that it is included. She was very rude tome for no reason. A simple apology, and that the problem would be resolved, would have sufficed. I have been in the customerservice industry for over 30 years, and own my own business. Customer service is everything! I wasn't as much worried about thecharge, as I was with other people being overcharged and not being aware of it. It is false advertising and is illegal. I triedseveral times to contact the company through their website, but each time I tried to send the communication, it would kick meoff the website. Very disappointed in the service. Read more

Me and my family came to this place at 11.02 pm. Host met us at the door and told that we can?t to be set because they close.... When I ask them why??? They said there are slow. They have to be open till 12 am. We was very hungry and angry? and then theydidn?t serve us we got really sad? in my opinion they have to give us table if we came before 12. After that we came to anotherwings spot which is just 3 min drive from the this location. They also opens till 12.am. Dispute the fact that we came at 11.30 We got food and drinks. Read more

The food was great; however, they had accidentally charged my card twice. I came in the next morning and the Day time manager... Sean handled the situation perfectly giving me a full refund and sending me a personal apology over text message. Sean made mefeel acknowledged and welcomed into the restaurant, and took full accountability for their mistake. Read more
