When the #1 star outways the #5 star it is a problem!!! I went to get a regular order mix and match, a fry paid got home I... added extra lettuce and tomatoes because they never give you any. got home and didn't have any anyway after I paid for them tookthe sandwiches back? No problem Right¿ Wrong!! store manager(same mgr) on duty at 310pm indicated somehow that even though Ipresented her with the Burger King transaction receipt , cashier confirmed order. But because I was missing my little foodreceipt that I somehow stole the food , or must have bought it at another Burger King and -or wanted to Swindle her out of EBTfood. For 1 minute and even though it was warm still to the touch on some level ! Really! She got on the phone to see if shecould refund complaining about my green an white missing receipt in Spanish ( like everyone don't know some Spanish Dah!) Eventhough I'm wearing the leg circulation is on my leg after just having surgery 3 days ago k, I had to walk to the end of theparking lot to my car to check for the receipt again because without that receipt she would not process my refund!!!¡ Do noteat at Store# 2223 also because I'm a woman of my word here's your copy of that receipt I said I would post Your mgr sooowelcome ????????also before all the distraction I was going to tell you that half your new tables in the lobby were Dirty andthere was more enough time for someone to go out there and wipe them down!! Not recomended! AVOID! I came to this Burger King at 5228 W Centinela Ave. Los Angeles CA. 90045 to eat lunch. I ordered... "Double Quarter Pound King" without noticing that it comes without tomato slices and nor lettuce! In my opinion, a very weiredand strange burger concept that serves without two very signatured ingredients. The patties that they clame to be"Flame-grille" were seems to rather been just warmed up and hadn't any sign of being grilled and did not taseted asflame-grilled at all! Very disapointed!! The Coke machine didn't work either. I tried Dr PePe which was basicaly only sodawithout any Dr PePe in. If you are responsible for this place, you better visit this place and order what I ordered to seewhats going on here. I am very disapointed. Read more
It seems that you don't make what used to be the #2 double whopper anymore. Now its called the Texas double with jalapenos. I... don't like spicy, but thanks to the young lady last night she made me 2 and 1 with no onions too and they got it right. Couldhave had a little more lettuce, but it was the best. Read more
i stopped by for breakfast after being at LAX for an early drop off. the drive thru was extremely slow and i only ordered one... sandwich and a side of french toast. it seemed as though they were barely turning on the fryers or something. i paid and theyclosed the drive thru window and didn't come back until about 5+ minutes later with the food. the food tasted good but being theonly car in the drive thru and it taking such a long time was upsetting. I went to this Burger King recently a couple of days ago and unbelievable the courtesy extended and my order was unbelievable... FRESH and timely Fries were Hot & Fresh & Crispy my Burger was surprisingly well done and all ingredients were FRESH Lettuce,Tomato Cheese & condiments. BRAVO. I enjoyed that meal.
