If you are looking for brazilian food I need to tell you that this is even better! My experience at Caboco was amazing! The... atmosphere is so unique, with brazilian music and all the decoration and the eficient service. All the servers are so nice andkind. The food was delicius, every dish is full of details. The menu has the most famous brazilians dishes and the flavors areout of this world. I had "dadinho de tapioca" as a starter and I personaly think everybody should try it. It is a tradicionaldish at north of Brazil, and Caboco made it even better with the delicious sauce and the greatest qualityingredients. "Moqueca" was my favorite dish, honestly one of the best I have ever had. The fish was fresh, the sauce washarmonic and tasty. I also had Steak tartare and I simply loved it. The Capirinha is definity a MUST! I had Karina bonita andit was perfect. I strongly recommend that you visit this restaurant! Read more

My girlfriend and I are from São Paulo, Brazil and we were surprised to hear that Rodrigo Oliveira, a famous chef in São... Paulo/Brazil has a restaurant is LA. We had the most amazing and tasty Brazilian food at Caboco! My favorite dish was the fishMoqueca, a traditional dish in the coast of Espírito Santo. We also had lamb casserole that came with a new version of farofamade from "farofa Bijú". The tapioca (see photo) was also amazing. "Dadinho de tapioca" with "sweet chilly sauce" was adelicious starter that we ordered. Guaraná soda with ice and a slice of orange was refreshing. The service was great, peoplewere super friendly. We highly recommend that anyone interested in Brazilian regional cuisine visit this restaurant. Iguarantee that it's gonna be an authentic experience with Brazilian food. Read more

An unbelievable experience from entrance to exit. The entire staff even the bussers and host were friendly and welcoming with... tremendous pride and knowledgeable of their Brazilian cuisine. Our server Ingrid was incredible and very knowledgeable on all ofthe dishes and what went into them. The food was delivered in a decadent presentation with mouth watering flavor. This is thereal deal. It's not like those trendy West LA places with pricy luckluster food that's entire business relies on instagramablewalls and local here say. This is fine dining at its best. Something I miss from New York. These people are serious about theirfood and they are serious about the patrons who dine here. 10/10 will come again! Read more

Pleasantly surprised to find this sister restaurant of Mocotó from São Paulo, Brazil, inspired on north and northeastern... cuisine, not so popular abroad. Dadinhos de tapioca and Croquetes de carne seca were my favorites. Friendly staff and amazingcaipirinhas. Brazilian approved: Read more

Lets talk food. Victor and the team at Caboco have aligned a fine dining experience with amazing Brazilian food. From the front... door to the back door, the service, atmosphere, drinks and food are to me, a step above the rest. The environment is inviting, relaxing and in no way pretentious. Everything was fresh, well cooked and Ingrid was an awesome server! You MUST try this eateryfor yourself. I for one, will be returning. Read more

Tapioca and pork belly were great and unique. Soup was ok for me but the carne de sol was awesome. All the ingredients paired... super nicely. Vinegar in the tomatoes was a wild ride. Great cocktails Read more

An experience! Originally had indoor reservations but changed to outdoor and can say it was pleasant. To start the dadinho... tapioca did not disappoint, simple but flavorful. The pastel, three pieces, is delicious the flavors are balanced and mix wellwith the fresh salsa. The peixe grelhaldo melts in your mouth, the dish has simple ingredients but the final product is worthtrying. The carne de sol is not particularly special with the exception of the biquinho chillies. The true standout wasdessert the Amazonia, there are four flowers that will numb your mouth and this opens up your palette in such a fun way -drinking water itself was different. Absolute blast.
