Since I?ve been in LA I?ve had my usual hot and cold almond milk latte at both the Malibu and Brentwood locations and I must... admit it does not disappoint! Super smooth brew and quality almond milk. The only reason I gave it four stars is because there?sno wifi available at either location and if there was I?d love to make this my go to but I totally respect the decision! Read more
Absolutely phenomenal! I started drinking coffee in 2020. Caffé Luxxe is in walking distance from home. Little did I realize, I... was living close to the greatest coffee shop in LA. Walked in with a friend of mine who was in town for a major event. What we first noticed was that there was no markings on the... ground or rope to help guide customers on where to stand and place an order. NO sign, nothing! So the worker there told us whereto stand which really confused us. Keep in mind, we COULD NOT see the menu from where she told us to stand. We felt so guiltyfor just looking at the menu.. By the time it was time to place our order, the guy up front didn't seem really friendly nor didhe have the best customer service. He cut my friend off as she was trying to place her order. Just a bad experience overall. Myrecommendation is for this coffee shop to invest in ropes, signs, markings, listening to customers that come to spend theirmoney, and having a better flow of traffic. I won't come here again, and will tell people that I know not to waste their time.There are other shops that are better. Read more
Awesome little coffee shop! They have pastries and various coffee paraphernalia. I had an iced Mocha Caramello with Almond milk... and it was delicious! The barista asked if I wanted whole milk which I really appreciated because I always forget to ask formilk alternatives. I don't drink cow's milk. Very pleasant atmosphere! Will definitely return! Ordering felt rushed. I didn't feel welcome at all. Not going back. (Muffin was AWESOME!)
