Having never stayed at this hotel but driven by several times (being local), I still had to try the food at their “swim... club”. The view down to the pool is nice and as is the one over the local roof tops toward the airport which is close butdoesn’t feel like it. The food was passable but not super great. The food was stunning. I don’t often think of the chef when I eat but ???? wow! The drinks are strong, there’s a pool, a... day pass, and the beach a short drive away. We got a reservation a few hours for same day and I have zero complaints. Bravo???????? Read more

really shocked!! something you would not expect.. just a small place next to a boutique hotel... but.... the service was great... (although they were super busy)... the drinks were good.. and the food was exceptional.. really.. i was actually shocked by thequality of the food. burger was next level and tacos were fantastic, so were the rolls.. really good.. the sauces that camewith it were exceptional .. place was rocking and it was as much a lounge with lots of young ppl hanging out for drinks as itwas a place to have a late dinner. the prices were a bit up there but very good quality so I would not really care to look atthe bill. Chose Caravan Swim Club for dinner as we were meeting people who were staying near LAX and didn’t want to go too far - I have... no idea why there are any negative reviews, the food was great! We had the tacos, steak, sea bass, burger, charcuterie plate,and chips and guacamole and salsa and everybody was happy with their meal. I’d say the weakest point of the night were thecocktails - they were fine, not bad but nothing special, I personally preferred the wine. It has a lovely atmosphere as well,so definitely check it out if you’re in the area looking for a relaxing place to have a great meal. Read more
