The store manager is extremely racist to employees and customers. Will definitely not return and the operator shows how much he... cares about customer service by the lack of responses from customers that have had a bad experience at his franchise. Usually great service at any Chick-fil-A restaurant but at Westwood location 3 stars. I ordered on my lunch for dine in. I... received food and was told drink should arrive soon . I finished my food with no drink. Went up to counter after I've eaten tolet them know I didn't receive my drink while I was eating. All the did was give me a random drink sitting on counter saidsorry. I get it can get busy but you should only hand customer completed meals (food and drink at the same time).! Read more
Yesterday I have lunch at Chick-fil-A near to the UCLA. And I enjoy my Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo. So I know there are... others Chick-fil-A places. But this is a good place for if you are a Student at UCLA to get lunch. The Server are polite andhelpful. And if you have a Chick-fil-A App you can get points for a Free Sandwich or any kind of meal. So this is convenient forStudents to get a lunch at Chick-fil-A. This building used to be a Burger King before becoming Chick-fil-A. Read more
When you want to have a burger nearby Westwood, first place comes into mind with no doubt! Boneless chicken burger that tastes... really good with just the right flavor. Both original and spicy one are great, but original chick- fil-A flavor seems muchlarger for the meat part. The best thing for this restaurant is that even you only order the entree, you still can have manysauces if requested. You could make your own taste! Buffalo and sriracha sources are must try for spicy food lovers. Read more
I love Chick-Fil-A but this location is hit or miss. The food quality isn?t always the best, the service is sometimes poor and... it isn?t always the cleanest. I think it comes down to this location not having the best employees or leadership. I?d give it 3stars but it isn?t always bad so it often just depends on what day you go! Read more
