Slowest Chick-fil-A ever. I?ve been to many locations, even worked at one in college (that received lots of traffic) and this... particular store is painfully slow every single time I come. I love using the app to order. They sometimes have deals or freebies on there. It also saves so much time. I wouldn't have it... any other way. The drive through lines are typically always long. I typically order the chicken sandwich with their specialsauce. The sauce is so good that I usually order a container to go. If you order through the app, I would click "I'm here" about5 to 10 minutes earlier to avoid waiting at the restaurant. My only complaint is the parking. I dislike going to this locationbecause of how the parking is structured here. Read more
I ordered my food and my order was wrong through the drive-through window. I made it all the way home lost my appetite from not... having what I ordered and paid for. I called no answer. I reached someone they let me know that they cannot assist me or doanything because they have no one to contact. I just really thought it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. So now I haveto waste my gas and gas is extremely high drive back to the Chick-fil-A just to alert them that they got my order wrong forsomething cheaper than what the gas is to drive back-and-forth . I tried the chicken strips, chicken nuggets, waffle potato fries and the mac and cheese. They were all good but not... extraordinary. I'd say the mac and cheese from Popeye's is better. I will say that they were pretty quick about getting me myfood. P.S. I went there a second time recently and the spicy chicken sandwich is the best I've had. Lemonade was too sweet. Read more
Food was great as always!! Thanks chick fil a. Our order was correct when we got it! The only reason why they are not getting 5... stars is because their line inside and outside was very confusing. We were waiting inside behind someone in line and a gentlemanwalked in after us and cut in front of us to order. Employee saw we were there first but didn?t do anything. The restaurant isvery understaffed?. We waited longer than normal to pick up our food. I wish they had more employees and set up their waitingarea better. This location's "Market Salad" is well prepared, extremely tasty, and a very good size! (I always request for extra lettuce.)... The hot food is always hot. Additionally, great customer service too!
