I order a chicken burrito and got mostly rice and veggies like why? If I order chicken burrito I should be able to taste the... meat and not have it be like finding Wado. 2 of the workers there was laly gagging while people was in line, and the one makingthe food had low energy. I loved the service, it was fine. But when I ordered my food, I ordered a salad bowl and the lettuce was super wilted. I know... it?s my fault, I should have said something, but I was hungry and didn?t think anything of it. The lettuce was slimy! So I atearound it, not even one hour later, my stomach was bubbling! Overall I like Chipotle. Overall I would give Chipotle a 3. This review is only intended for the one in Westfield Mall in... Century City This Chipotle is a complete disgrace. Rude employees to begin with. If you don't like customer service get anotherjob. Don't be rude to customers. I ordered a burrito ahead of time. I gave them 20 minutes and then proceeded to pick up myorder. They told me it will take 20 minutes. No one was in line and the ingredients were well stocked. I was asking them why itwill take 40 minutes to get my order when the person just walked away and left me alone. No one helped me for 10 minutes.Finally when someone walked to the counter to make my order she gave me dirty looks the whole time. She gave me the bag and said"next time if you want quicker service come and order at the counter. Don't order ahead. We don't like that." It seemed very oddsince Chipotle promotes app orders all the time. Anyways. I sat down to eat my meal. What a mistake that was. Undercooked rice,overcooked chicken and cold, flat soda, and stale tortilla chips Overall a miserable burrito, a miserable experience, and amiserable place. Well then explain... why when I come in at 8pm?2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING?the stove has already been cleaned, the food options are at minimal, the serveris serving super light on the food because CLEARLY they don?t want to have to make any more food,,, so what happens if someonecomes in at 9:30pm?? I don?t know if every chipotle is like this now, but they are very stingy with the burritos. They made me a smaller than usual... burrito. Very small portions of rice beans and meat. I asked the girl making it if she could make it bigger and told me I had topay more. Not worth the price if they?re giving small burritos. Read more
