I like Chipotle but this particular one never have the fajita mix vegetables. I promise to God on this Sunday. The last 4 times... I came to this location there was none in the serving pot and none cooking. Besides the lie ?It?s going to take 20 minutes,?you might also get the little attitude when you ask about something that your clearly paying for. Who is the owner? Who is themanager??? Who do you complain to besides just leaving like I did the last 4 times or coming on hear in hopes that someone seesthis. I really do hope this gets resolved. Other then that if you don?t like veggies then I have no other complaints about theplace. I just read all the other complaints then came back to edit this post. After reading this most people here are sayingthe same thing. Not enough food poor to no management etc?. Why hasn?t corporate stepped in to correct the issue. Can we get asecret visit???? Read more

I didn?t even wanted to give them 1 star this they are not organized at all whenever I go to this location they always run out... of cheese or guacamole and the chips are never fresh. very poor customer service. They need to hire a new crew and new managersbecause this is horrible Read more

For the past couple of months, I've come here 4 times between 8-8:15PM, and you're out of chicken and guacamole. Tonight at... 8:00 they're out of chicken again, several pieces are cooking on the grill. How so you not know when you're running out ofchicken. I ended up getting a different meat. When I ask for guacamole, I was told they didn't have any. I complained to themanager, who was ringing me up, and told me he was in the back making it and it would be ready in ten minutes. I look over hisshoulder and saw a worker putting guacamole on a plate, then she disappeared further to the back. Your service has becomehorrible. In the future I will not patronize your business, I will go to the Chipotle on Figueroa. It's sad I can't goodquality service in my own community. Read more

My co worker and I went on November 11th which was also veterans Day. Being that we both served prior we both thought they would... have a deal for veterans since they were advertising it on their website. The rude employee basically responded saying we don'tcelebrate veterans Day around this area which I had no idea what she meant by that, nonetheless my partner wanted the food sincehe likes this place and I went ahead with them and all I can say was the quality of the food was horrible which basically mademe decide I will never eat Chipotle ever again until they train employees how to act with people and also not have falseadvertisement on their website about celebrating veterans Day when this location made it clear they don't acknowledge thatholiday around this area again I have no idea what that employee meant by that. I will gladly speak to the manager if they feelthe contact me so I can give him a better description of the two employees that I'm referring to since I don't want to make it abig deal on the internet with who they really are. Was extremely disappointed in the food. First time ever trying Chipotle and it didn't live up to it's hype. Tried the steak... burrito bowl and regret the meat choice. It was sour and salty, made the food taste like it had a lot of lemon. Tried the famousguac and not worth it, also super sour. Only ok items were the chips and queso. Read more

I feel rarely a friendly customer service vibe...kind of this is my job that's it. Often runs out of things, door is always full... of finger prints (pet peeve of mine) the work space is messy and last time I purchased a burrito bowl my food had a fingernailin it...needless to say that was it for me. I contacted the owner via text about all of this before the fingernail I heardnothing back...I won't be going back the fingernail was it for me. Read more

I put in a simple order. All of it was incorrect. Asked for steak was given 4 pieces of check. "No beans" I guessed means black... beans? It's not that hard just read what the order says please Read more
