By far the worst Chipotle location I?ve ever been to. Customer service sucks, they mix up the orders every time, and they show... attitude towards customers. This last time, that tiny guy with mustache gave me an attitude just because I told them they gaveme someone else?s order. I filed a complaint to Chipotle, hoping that he?ll receive a talk to. This is a very committately placed chipotle for residence of West Hollywood and Hollywood. Most of the time I have a good... experience here, but every now and again they run out of food or the food is cold or burnt. If they can fix those issues, they?dhave five stars Read more
Just consistently the worst Chipotle. The parking lot is tiny, never has any spaces, there are currently five cops blocking the... entire parking lot (doing absolutely nothing), my order should have been ready ten minutes ago, and it?s more expensive thanothers. All the food looks like it was cooked in the morning and appeared to be not even close to being fresh at 7 pm!! I was very... disappointed in the lack of fresh cooked food that Chipotle claims in their commercials. If I want old food I will look in thetrash can!! Poor quality means I eat some where else! $50! Placed an order through door dash (which is the problem to begin with) but I couldn't leave as I am caretaking. We were... really hungry and ordered three things. Simple things! Tried calling the store to complain but you can't it has automated systemtrying to take my order even though i said PROBLEM WITH LAST ORDER. OH BOY! So I hung up and here to tell you, don't botherordering from them. I ordered steak burrito bowl. they gave us lettuce rice and guac only. ordered chips and salsa, they gave usone container of salsa (no chips) and we ordered a quesadilla which came but the sides was leaking through the paper bowl itcomes in and was a mess inside the bag.
