Really upset because this location just randomly decides to close early. I got here 10 minutes before 10 PM closing time And the... staff still refused to serve me and the other two people waiting outside to get food because they just decided they wanted to gohome early. I do the food delivery and every time I come here this girl says someone else takes my orders so she gives my orders to others. ... she is not doing her job well. I dont have a lot of time for this. and other delivery guys say that they are uncomfortable withit. It happened once, I didn't say anything. For the third time, I was very angry. If I could put no stars I would. I am beyond frustrated with my experience, not with chipotle but with the workers and this... specific location. These two female workers were very unprofessional, rude, and unorthodox. One was Latin which I have a pictureof and the other one was a flamin red head. So this is what happened I ordered a burrito and a bowl. And when I went to pay formy order they charged me extra for everything and scammed me. They charged me extra steak for both when the Latina girl onlygave me a little scoop of steak. I asked her why is she charging me extra and she pathologically LIED to my face and said ?wellyou got a lot? and the red head girl had her back and told me the same thing. I don?t understand what was the point of chargingme extra when she?s not making commission on the sale. She?s in the wrong industry. I DONT recommend this location to anyone ifthese TWO evil, disgusting, vile women are there. Here is a photo of one of them from someone who already had a complaint onher. And well the red head she?s easy to spot. Also the Latina had her open medicine next to peoples food while checking themout. Honestly just beyond ughh.
