** wish I would have read these ACCURATE reviews prior to coming here** It's all true, from the most recent reviews to the... oldest. The food isn't good. Service is even worse. There was no one in line. Two women were working the shift. My order wassimple & they Still managed to mess it up. ( my error for not checking before I left) -> The order wasn't correct so I had toturn back around and get the rest of my items. The food still wasn't fresh! I didn't bother returning a THIRD time. I went to this location and according to yelp is supposed to open at 10:30am, I went and there was no sign to tell what time... they open but I didn't see a sign to say they were closed. There were workers inside but they didn't even acknowledge mypresence. Someone walking by told me they don't open til 12pm so I left and haven't been back since and probably won't. I was there for the first time at that location and the manager is the most condescending rude person I've ever met I think in... my life even his staff was so embarrassed the way he was talking to me like this man he thinks that he owns this location orsomething I'm not sure why was his problem and on top of that he charged me some stuff that I didn't order so I have to reportit to my American Express because when I got the receipt I noticed that he charged me other stuff that I never order and itlooks like he overcharged me for a family meal his name is Rafael some short Latino guy if you ever there I'm telling you andthat man is there you're going to have a really bad time.
