I went to order food through the drive-through, it took 25 minutes for 6 cars to go through. The guy that was doing the... drive-through Was very chatty And very unprofessional, took his time, had no sense of urgency For fast food.. I only ordered 3items and they forgot my fries. When I asked the guy, that was taking the orders, who is the manager he said that he was andthen he stuck his head out the window and said why do you have a problem? As if this is professional at all. He said his namewas Anthony.. He was very disrespectful and was talking down to me . I was in the drive thru no one ever acknowledged my presence so after the two cars in front of me drove away I pulled up to the... window I saw a man and a woman working no one said anything I put my work vehicle in park finally the lady said yes I told hershe never took my order she told me that I have to give her a second I asked her well why didn't you say that she took my orderat the window I ordered two tacos with onions and a chicken taco she gave me mild sauce I asked for hot she said that's all shehad and walked away my tacos didn't have onions and my chicken taco had secret sauce I told her in advance that I didnt want it.This happend around 12:45 a.m. please train your employees better my experience was bad at best Read more

The food is pretty consistent, you get what you expect. It?s poor staff that brings down the quality of the establishment. At... the end of the night, staff refused to identify themselves. I asked someone who she was (manager, assistant) and she justrepeated ?we?re closed, you?re not supposed to be in here? over and over like some awful machine. I asked again and again whather position was - she refused to identify herself. I was asking to use the bathroom before I left the dining room, and sherefused. She said they?re cleaning it right now. (There was no cleaning staff present). So, food = average Staff = POOR Funny, Istarted working for Del Taco in 1983. I didn?t want to pull that card (do you know who I am?). But Area and District willprobably want to know, unless they already do. Ordered online and went to pickup. Drive thru took an entire hour to get through and of course as expected when I received my... food it was cold. On top of the food being cold, it was missing items. When I mentioned it to the worker he told me it was hisfirst day and if I?m not happy I can get a refund online. I didn?t want a refund I just wanted my order correct and hot food. Ieven paid more for the larger size of fries and drink and I received a small drink, no fries, and no dessert that Iordered. Frustrating enough I drove away and had to reheat my food in the microwave. Not only was it extremely disappointing-it was a waste of an hour and half getting food. I placed my order on September 23,2022! The" grabhub" driver comes inside the apartment building and doesn't deliver my order!... They need to be evaluated by " mental health"! I'll just won't order through GrubHub for anything else! This female driver wasrude! When a customer makes a dinner order @ to be delivered by 9:45 pm,they are not ordering " it with drama" on top! I ordered on the app after 10 pm the app had told me to ,"GO INSIDE THE RESTRAUNT TO PICK UP THE ORDER." I do not live far from... the restraunt and I walked there to find out the store dining area was locked. I had paid already they had my money and made myfood and The app said to go into the store. If it said drive thru only i would have driven. That is not my fault. They reallyneed to fix that instead of ignoring me for ten mins as i waited outside the door to get my food pretending not to see me. Thenwhen they came to the door they said i had to drive to the window. I told them i didnt have a car at the moment to do that andthier app said i needed to pick it up in the restraunt. The rude woman on duty in spiderman sweatshirt came and scolded me andsaid it did not say to come in to pick it up. Why would i make that up? I asked for her name and she would not give it to me.She was so unprofessional. Never in my life have i been scolded due to an issue that was the due to the restraunts error.
