This place is so bad. Dennys is becoming bad all around. But this place beats them all. I had hair in my juice. Staff acted like... they didn?t care when I mentioned it and they act like they were doin me a favor by taking the juice off the bill. I work incustomer service at a restaurant too so I thought that this was poorly handled. I came here cuz my mom enjoys simple nostalgicpleasures. I will make sure we never come back! Read more
I decided to visit Denny?s last night at 11:45. When the server approached me I greeted him and stated that I would like a... table, NOT a booth. He stammered around and after I told him for the third time table not booth he pointed to a booth. He wasrude and so was the manager Lorena. I was a little frustrated having to repeat myself three times. Lorena kept telling me that I?can?t talk like that? (no idea what she was talking about) and she accused me of speaking to a female patron (I did NOT speakto ANY patron). At that point I was fed up and decided to request to speak with the manager before I left to go elsewhere. Turnsout I HAD BEEN speaking with the manager Lorena!! Another female server stated that I was contradicting myself. I think theydon?t like serving people of my demographic. What they need is to hire ones with good manners that speak English properly andaren?t hostile towards my demographic. I will be contacting the corporate office to lodge my complaints. Update after receivingcall from Denny?s corporate: Spoke with a delightful gentleman, Mr Mendoza. He apologized and assured me that he would addressthe behavior of the three employees with them ???????????????? At Norms they don?t nickel and dime you if you ask for extragarlic bread. SMDH. At Norms they also check back in at least once throughout the meal to ask if everything is alright and do Ineed anything. How long has this place been in business serving customers? Norm?s treats you like a valued customer and leavesyou feeling that you want to return. And then at the end she sneaks up from behind and hands me the check almost over hershoulder. This Denny's was great! I had the breakfast hash browns, bacon, sunny side up eggs (you can have them however you like) and... premium banana strawberry pancakes mmm next time I'll try the chocolate pancakes though. Hash browns were perfect having theright texture crunchy and not too salty just right they were my favorite part of this meal. I was surprised by the quick servicedespite looking somewhat busy. You may eat inside, outside now. Waitress was polite, attentive. I definitely will be back I'm abreakfast person so this is a wonderful place. Read more
