I had to drive to the store because nobody was answering the phone. It was ringing all the way until I reached the store. Food... was cold and the second pizza was sloppily made after claiming there was quality check for half an hour from tracking on theapp. Don?t use this store for delivery or make sure you check the order before the delivery guy leaves. if i wanted a cold pizza i would have just pulled it out of the freezer. i walk in to pick up my pizza and there's not one... person there so a waited then after five min i start calling out and still nothing i get my keys and now start smacking the poston the counter still nothing so i do it even harder. finally, the cook comes out and asks how he can help. Then turns as anotheremployee walks out and he wants the other guy to help me . so, he looks at me and says ill be right with you and starts boxingup other orders and I'm just thinking. I'm about to just walk-out of this place he finally gets my pizza i pay drive home that'sright down the street and i open the box and its stiff and cold. i don't know are they that understaffed or what's going on atthis location. but no BUENO. If I could give this place -1 I would. The only people who are nice are the delivery drivers. Let me start with KATHERINE if... that?s even her name. She is rude, unprofessional, and most importantly processes payments without the right information she isVERY PREJUDICE and should not be working for this establishment. She shows no human compassion or understanding and ruins it forEVERYONE at dominoes. Their call center messed up my order by marking it as cash on delivery when I specifically begged to paywith my card numerous amount of times the driver(Majd) whom was very nice! got here I called the call center back as instructedby a representative and they proceeded to let him know he was not an employee there even after trying to deliver my order withexcellent customer care. Thank you Majd so much for you acts of kindness words of wisdom and keeping your promise by having yourstore call us back you are AMAZING! I am A long term customer who orders frequently and because of KATHERIN I will no longergive my business to you all. I got home and went straight to Yelp to write a review, but this HIDDEN GEM is only on Google Reviews. So here goes: HANDS DOWN... THE CLEANEST STORE I HAVE EVER VISITED IN MY ENTIRE 38 YEARS OF BEING ON THIS EARTH. Aside from that, the app order for pickupwas seamless, swift, precise, or, for lack of a better word, PERFECT. As a person that lives in DTLA, I will GLADLY sit throughtraffic just to go and enjoy meals from this location. Many, many thanks to the whole team, from front of house to management.If there was ever a reason to adjust quality control to a new standard it would be at/from this location. Oh, I ordered amedium, handmade pan, garlic sauce, cheesesteak, with onions, green peppers, jalapeños and mushrooms and it looked like acommercial shoot when I opened the box. A box so CLEAN, I didn?t see a speck of flour, dust or debris of any kind in or aroundit. Honestly, feels like life is a simulation and this was my dream come to life. Read more

Filed a complaint thru there website because the manager wasn?t in to handle my complaint. Pizza was so under cooked, and the... sub was missing multiple ingredients. Been days almost a week and no response from owner or manager to deal with the situation.First time pizza has been terrible from this place, but the fact there is no customer service is outrageous. Is a privatefranchise so I have to wait for the OWNER to handle the request? would avoid this place if you can order pizza from somewhereelse. Update. Did finally get a refund thru email. I'm not a big fan of this particular store. They moved to this location, which I feel was a poor choice, especially since there... are several businesses nearby the site they vacated. Also, this restaurant is listed as accepting EBT for food purchases, so Iordered ahead for my family and I, then asked a friend to take me in his car there to pick up and pay for the meal, but when Igot there, I was referred to a paper sign in the plastic divider stating that their ability to take this form of payment wasinhibited for some reason, and would be out of service until further notice. I was asked if I had another form of payment,.whichI declined. I inquired about another location that might be able to accept this payment method, and was given the phone numbersto the Highland Park and Pasadena locations, which I called several times, but did not get an answer. I ended going to Jack inthe Box, instead-less of a headache to deal with. Read more

I'm impressed with how clean this place is. You can sit in and eat too. Great place to meet a Craigslist or OfferUp buyer.
