Order was cancelled by the store, a few minutes after I placed it. Instructions said to call the store for more information.... Phone line was busy for the rest of the night until closing. The Dominoes website, in its corporate brilliance, does not allowfeedback until an order is received. Well...what if this esteemed company doesn't bother to deliver an order? We ordered 2 medium pizzas for Dinner. One of them we ordered with pepperoni and pineapple but they put one piece of pineapple... per slice. I understand this is an expensive item however we paid for that, so we deserve better quality. The second pizza wasacceptable with the portion we received. Overall the food was good. Read more

I?ve been a loyal customer of Domino?s for a while. But lately I?m constantly reminded on how highly disappointed I am with... their food quality. Case in point, picture attached herein is of an extra beef, extra green pepper pizza from their store. Ithas practically nothing. Very close and convenient location from the Super 8 Los Angeles. Called them for the large three topping carry out special. ... Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. The employee who answered the phone was pretty polite and said thepizza would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. It was ready for pickup at the promised time and the pizza came out great and hot.There is a pickup window since they do lock up the main door around 9 to 10pm. This Domino's location closes at 1am fromSundays thru Thursday and Fridays and Saturdays closes at 2am. As said earlier, this Domino's Pizza is convenient and close tothe Super 8 Los Angeles. I will order from here again if and when I come back to Los Angeles. Read more
If I could give 0 stares I would. I ordered one thin crust pizza. When it arrived, it was flipped all on top of I s self and the... pizza was cold. So I called the store and tell them about my pizza and they tell me well we haven?t had any other othercustomers complain so your pizza should be fine. I told him that was unacceptable and I need a new pizza, they had me send apicture in and said they will get back to me in a couple weeks because it is under investigation. I called to speak to somebodythree different times, and the employees kept hanging up on me. I felt so disrespected trust me, I will be elevating thissituation not because of the pizza, but by the way I was treated with their customer service. Read more
