I ordered by phone a large pizza with 5 toppings 1/27/2022 for only $10.99 + tax which no other pizza place could beat. But,... when I ate a slice the sauce was too moist like Ketchup and the cheese seems not cooked enough. 1st time this happened. Thisplace on Poinsettia and Sunset Blvd in Hollywood is my fave place to order. I didn't enjoy their pizza. Probably, they'reswamped with orders. However, still my fave place. They were very busy, with it being Christmas Day but they were very calm and very helpful They weren't rude and neither were the... customers in the lobby That I saw so that's off to Alejandra and her staff that I encountered when I picked up my order onChristmas Day. I came back and gave a tip to the individual who helped me out at the end and it would have been whomever washelping me out at that time I think that there should be a tip jar for people picking up their orders because they were workinghard. After making several orders previously and paying for ?double? and ?extra? onions and NEVER getting even a normal portion off... onions on my pizza, I called the restaurant to ask if they could make sure that they would do this on this occasion. The managercame on the phone (Ernest) and basically told me that because the onions are white, they cannot be seen under the cheese. Herefused to use any customer service skills (obviously he didn?t have any) to try and accommodate my request. He just deflectedthen blamed me and said I couldn?t see them. How about tasting them Ernest ?? He made excuses saying he had been there for over10 years and NEVER had any complaints. Obviously Ernest was lying, looking at the reviews below. I don?t seem to be the only onehaving experienced a bad time along with a bad attitude. Keep away, I will be from now on! This location is terrible. Disgusting overly greasy pizza that has to be sopped up with napkins. Stuuuupid staff. I keep... trying this location cause it?s closer to me and across from Ralphs but I?m disappointed every single time. Read more
Dominos has never failed me. No other pizza delivery has been faster. And the pizza is much preferred over other places.
