I order a medium pepperoni pizza from this facility, first the driver got lost. When I opened the boxed it looked dried. I gave... my kid a couple slices , she was hungry. I tried it and couldn't eat it it was so dry. Like it had been cooked hours ago. Ittasted Nasty . I called the store and the manager was very rude. Not apologetic at all He was concerned as to how many slices weate before calling. If it was not late at night I would drive to the place and throw it at him. If I could give a minus star Iwould. Really bad experience. I ordered 4 medium pizzas. They told it was going to be ready in 35-40 mins It took over an hour to get... my order delivered. This location specifically, has 90% of the time gotten my order wrong, or been extremely late when delivering. I ordered 32... Buffalo wings last time. They gave me 22 and no sauce was on the wings. I have waited 3 hours before for a delivery. I orderedat 6 and didn't get my food till almost 10pm. My kids bedtime is at 8:30pm. So we had to change plans for dinner and themanagement did nothing to correct the issue. I also always get issues when picking up the food myself. My wife orders online andill pick up the food. They have not let me before because it was not her picking up or I didnt have the card she used, eventhough my id says the address and I could show them the purchase receipt from my bank statement.
