Absolutely terrible Bad customer service and the employees are always talking instead of taking your orders and making sure that... everything is correct.Never on time and they take hours just for simple stuff such as dips and pasta. I do not recommend at all. Read more

While staying in LA This past weekend 6/1-6/5 I called this domino's 4 times and got hung up on 4 times. Walked to location... placed the order was asked my name for the order I told them my name I even spelled my name for the cashier and she put up arandom name. I also told the cashier about the phone calls was given an Attitude Saying that we busy. When I asked for my pizzaI was told that it was not ready after 30 minutes this after the cashier said 10-15 minute wait I looked at the screen and therewas a green check mark next to my order I said I thought my pizza was ready i got my pizza with attitude. Worst customer service. After my pizza was delivered I discovered it had No sauce and it wasn?t cut. I called the store to... ask for a replacement and they told me I had to email them a picture of the pizza to prove it was bad. They gave me the wrongemail to which I tried several times before they gave the correct email. Once I sent the picture they put me on hold for 10minutes and then hung up on me. When I called back I had to explain the problem again. She then instantly told me I was wrongand the pizza was perfect and there was nothing they would do to help me. No refund or replacement pizza. Horrible. I was going to deliver a pizza and the first girl helping me left me on hold just to leave. The next girl helping us... actually did help, it was a bit annoying, and said it would be here soon. We called them for another person to say it would comein 45 minutes, It has been over an hour and we are actually still waiting. They are only 5 minutes away from us, terriblecustomer service.
