I order delivery from here using the online website about twice a week and it's always hot and perfect. The delivery drivers are... amicable and some even take the liberty to deliver to the door (even though our buzzer for the apartment complex doesn't work).Saw some unsavory reviews but I've never had any issue. Do yourself a favor and go to another Domino's location or better yet go to Pizza Hut or Papa John's. In all of my years on this... earth, I have never seen such unprofessionalism! They really just don't care. This location has been like this for years. I havefinally had enough. Never again! Read more

The workers here are very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order for large pizza and requested for extra toppings; they... never did but lied that they did. The manager at this location has a terrible attitude and treated me like she didn't want me there. I came in to pick up an order... that they said they never got and turns out it was in the heater waiting but the cashier didn't see it. I re ordered and waitedfor the new order. I asked to be compensated for my time and the mix up but insted she asked if I wanted the fresh pizza insteadof the previous one as if that were the accommodation. I asked for the fresh one and checked it and they appeared to have givenme the old one anyway. Read more
My review has been deleted for unknown reason. 1. They still gave me wrong pizza with wrong topping. so 5th wrong one I had it... was 3. 2. white corrugated paper on the bottom doesn't come with pizza I ordered since I left review. 3. brooklyn style XLsuppose to be 16". I still get less than 15" 4. Topping is very a few with something like onions. 5 tiny pieces ...hmm 5. I'mstill shop this store cause nowhere else to go around or I'm just being tired of driving. Very bad customer service at this location. Minerva at cash register and (Nancy) making pizzas (think she lied about her... name)....were so rude and dismissive. I forgot the guy's name that took my order at the register before he left to make adelivery for an order today, but I was told he's a delivery driver. He overcharged me for an order that I place frequently. WhenI told Minerva and the younger female who refused to give me her name they became agitated because it seemed they didn'tunderstand and gave me the $3 overcharge. Granted that's not a lot of money, but it's the principal. The both of them in thesephotos went back and forth with me and finally gave me the $3 back. Some of them also don't wear name tags which should be amust so customers know who their talking to for reference. Horrible customer service. The manager Elmer and Store manager Brianattempts to solve problems by giving credits of free pizza, however, I feel they're failing at correcting the root issue whichis better customer service training with their employees. My family has been ordering from this particular Domino's for eightyears. It's probably time to make the permanent switch to our local Pizza Hut and/or Papa John's because they both have nicerand better customer service overall!!! UPDATE: tried them again on 23 December 2019 and of course it was a FAIL. Ordered a nocheese extra sauce pizza and of course it was made and delivered WITH cheese. I was told I had to drive the pizza up to thestore for proof because they didn't believe me and because I've had too many credits in the past!!???? I get up there and theremake pizza was....well...see photo???? hmmm I wouldn't have credits to begin with if our pizza's were made properly to beginwith??????????? When I went in to pay and pick up my pizzas, the girl refused to help when I asked for additional garlic butter seasoning they... put on their pizzas. I ask for extra crust butter every time I go to Domino's. She just seemed like she wanted to have the lastsay and was unwilling to ask her colleagues for assistance. Pizza was good though. Read more
