First time trying this place and I love deep dish in general. Been to some excellent places in Chicago and elsewhere. Doughbox... is good but doesn?t beat any of those places I?ve tried. Keep in mind I prefer no corn meal in my crust and this tastes like ithas it. I feel the pizza course deeper or thicker. The marinara sauce is good and not overpowering. I wish the crust was moreflaky and buttery. The crust here is thick and crunchy. Read more

OMG I love this place. Staff was super friendly, space is clean. The sauce was sweet, the crust held up and the price was very... fair for what I got. I picked it up and took it home - 30 mins after pickup the crust still held up well. My favorite deepdish in LA. Read more
I?ve had this place on my list for a while and decided now is the time to try it. I was not disappointed. The Dough is... amazingly good and the toppings are top notch quality. I?ve had pan pizzas from Dough Box twice in one week now. There sidesalads are good too. The deep dish Chicago style pizza is insane here! Best in LA. I?ve tried it in Chi town and was in lovewith it and Dough Box LA deep dish is outta here amazing! They also have thin crust pizza for people who like that. The decorand designs are really cool and hip. Staff are friendly as hell too. Highly recommended to become your go to pizza place! It ismy go to place now! *it's under the sauce*. Good sauce, lots of flavor, I could eat the sauce over pasta and be a happy gorl. The crust is a little... disappointing. Tastes like, and has the consistency of store bought pie crust, very corn mealy and lacking in flavor. Stillwould smash this pizza like a starved goblin because as I said *the sauce* is just chefs kiss. Got the forest and added sausage.Overall I would recommend this pizza, but would def recommend using a fork and knife and scooping sauce onto the crust. Read more
